PureBerry Acai Bowls — Local services in Naperville

I'm a pretty disappointed with my bowls I received today. Normally I love coming here, it is my favorite place to get my acai bowls. Today I received two bowls that were sadly half filled and we paid for extra inclusions. I drive 25 mins to come here on my lunch break. I do believe you should add more Acai to the bowls, anyway. I spent nearly $35-$40 and was so bummed when i got back to work and saw how little the acai was, and how skimped my inclusions were. That's a lot for acai bowls when I can go down the street and get the same thing at smoothie king for cheaper.

I'm still going to give 5 stars because the first two times coming here the bowls were outstanding. They were filled to the top and had the extra inclusions that I paid for the first two times.

I'm going to continue to support this location I just hope they take into consideration some of the negative reviews mentioning a couple times how some customers are...

Stumbled upon this place because I work nearby and fell in love with the açaí bowls. So much so I wanted to take some home to share with my family and decided to purchase the “Healthy at Home” bag and was completely disappointed with the serving size. I paid $24.95 to what’s equivalent to a Large Ville Bowl except all the toppings are separate. Definitely not worth the price. The acai was a skinny swirl that didn’t even fill the container. When I asked the employee for more açaí she told me no and that you only get 13 ounces. Then that’s not a Large as described on the menu, it’s just in a Large container and that is misleading.

The employee was less than happy to be there.

I may have a slight addiction to PureBerry, and we make the drive down here regularly just to satisfy our craving for (the best) açaí bowls in Naperville! My kids often ask me when we can go back and get more, and I usually happily oblige because I know it’s healthy, refreshing, organic and full of antioxidants. Their açaí soft serve is smoother than any other açaí I’ve ever tried (even in Hawaii!) and it has none of the artificially-sugary-sweet flavor that other places often contain. Our favorites are the PureBerry bowl, the Ville and the Nourish bowl.
