Hi , it was my first time going to any location. My friends and I decided to stop by and try the Wisconsin Mac&Cheese regular plate , as I’m enjoying the plate I came across a long piece of hair. I ignore it thinking it was probably mine since I’m laughing and moving but as soon as I was about to eat again , my friend stops me and says “Omg look” . Another string of hair is in my plate . At this point I’m like , okay let’s just leave. I didn’t finish my plate . I’ve never been so disgusted and disappointed in my life.. thinking about hair in my food is a huge ew. I called to place an order two weeks ago on my way home at about 4:30 pm. I was told that they couldn’t take my order because the were closed. I was a bit confused about the response so I just hung up. Then today I place my order online at 4:00pm to be picked up at 5:30pm. I got a confirmation email, my credit card was billed and all seemed fine. I pull into the location (Naperville on 75th) only to find out that at 5:20pm they sent an email that said “The ordering system was not able to transmit an order (#4#######1) scheduled for today” But there are drivers from Grubhub walking out with orders. Today is Sunday and there's such horrible service and unfriendly staff at the front! Three tables in front of me haven't been busted or cleaned since I got here. A bunch of mismanaged carefree employees working here obviously. They didn't even serve silverware with our food or anyone else's as I was watching. When I arrived I asked for more rice krispie treats and they said they were cooling so I waited a half an hour and they told me they were still cooling...aka no one wants to make more later if these run out! Even my order was subpar. You're better off going to...
