Food was great! Ordered the Margherita Flatbread Pizza and the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt for take away. Felt the toppings on the Flatbread were less but nevertheless it tasted really good. I reduced a star due to the service. We went late with about 15 mins left for closing and our intent was to take away the food. I'm not sure if it was the manager but he kept coming back stating they were going to close soon and that we had to take away and that we had to order fast ( or pay before 9.00pm). He should have really given us the time to think but he was quite annoying. Place closes at 9.00pm and we were out the door with food by 9.01 so no harm done. Manager has to tone down a little and learn how to talk to customers.
Update: They messed up my recent curb side pickup! Looks like they prepared food and placed it on Rapid pickup spot and someone came in and grabbed our food! Again, the same ‘manager’ acted very unprofessionally! Came out to the curbside after 10-15 mins I arrived and the conversation was not smooth. He kept saying it was picked up 10 mins back. Well, the order from app says otherwise since I marked it for curbside delivery. I’m glad I opted for curbside. So eventually he had to redo my order. I saw my name on the prompter showed the order was preparing for some time. Over ten my minutes later, the order was still in prep. Then my name vanishes. I waited for a second. Several people had come & gone all of which had names on the prompt but picked up their food. I decided to get up & ask about my order & name disappearance to one of the employees who asked what I purchased. I told her & then another employee chimes in with, what I considered, a major attitude saying, it's almost done. I told her that I was sorry & I didn't know because my name is no longer on the board & there was no order waiting for me on the counter nor did anyone call a name that I would have heard because my sister & I sat in front of the pick-up counter the entire time. I then spoke to the employee who initially asked me about the purchase telling her that was not cool of her co-worker & she spoke to me as if I shouldn't have inquired about my food. I walk into this Panera and it’s like stepping into a spotless temple of comfort food. The place is immaculate—not a crumb out of place, not a smudge on the counter, even the napkin dispensers are lined up like little soldiers ready to serve.
The staff? Incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greet you like you’re family—like they know you’re part of the Sip Club elite. (Which, of course, I am. Did I mention I’m a Sip Club member? Because I am—and I LOVE it.)
Now let’s talk about the bagels. Good heavens. These bagels are works of art. Perfectly toasted, soft on the inside, and just the right amount of chew. Pair one with a hot coffee (free, thanks to—you guessed it—my Sip Club membership), and you’ll feel like royalty.
