Belvedere at Quail Run — Local services in Naples

Moving places can be a scary thing - but not with Belvedere. Rae & Connie are the best two people to have by your side during this transition! If Rae isnt available, Connie is - and vice versa. The first time I realized that I wanted to live in this community was when I looked at the pages Instagram page - it shows the excitement and livelihood of the community through pictures. A few weeks later when I called the office, Rae answered and welcomed me with the most patience and grace you could have with someone who is asking you 50 million questions - lol me. She walked me through the process and even gave me an awesome special/coupon to go towards my move-in costs. It was the easiest process ever and I felt comfortable with my decision the entire time.

I have now lived in the community for a few months and don't ever want to leave. Every time I am outside I see at least two or three of my neighbors and get asked how my day is going. The people are so incredibly friendly - not only is our community, but also the communities and neighborhoods across and next to ours. To top it off, every building sits on a beautiful golf course. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise on a golf course is such a beautiful view with an even better feeling. Did I mention that "taking the trash out" entails opening my front door and setting my trash outside door? Awesome right?

I wouldn't trade Belvedere for the world.

I lived there for two years and went through two management companies. The first company was friendly but trouble with maintenance and getting things done. The second company made a lot of promises and the only thing that I saw done was they remodel the office and bought new pool furniture. I believe every air conditioner has got to be as old as the building. I had several problems and after many calls I was told that there was a leak in the Freon which I was under the foundation and they never fixed it. I lived in the building facing the trash. I called the office dozens of times because they wouldn’t compact the garbage and I had to look at piles of garbage bags three high down the walkway. Eventually I had to call code enforcement as did others. Many apartments have front windows that either won’t open or stay open. I had a rat chew through my screen porch while I sat in my living room. I left because of the hurricane damage as well as mold. The told me I would not get my deposit back because I didn’t give them notice. Irma gave me no notice and at the rate they get things done that property will stay the way it is for months. Location is not everything, there isn’t anywhere in Naples that is a bad location. So shop around. I now live in a beautiful apartment much bigger, everything brand new, elevators, fourth floor and absolutely love it. Oh did I mention it’s less money. Oh and a dog park and car...

I am updating my old post because they keep reposting and my opinion has change because of what they have done. Please read and do not rent here!!!

This is an old post almost 10 years old. When I lived at Belvedere, the buildings were owned by Sullivan which is a different owner. They were sold during my time there and by the time I left I had been there eight years paid over $99,000 in rent, and even though I gave them notice to move out and paid For my stay… They even rented my apartment two weeks after me leaving without fixing any of the problems in my unit!! they have reported me to a credit bureau, and I am being hounded by a credit bureau for no reason I have impeccable credit and this is just unacceptable. This place is a dirty scam. Owned by a corporation who does not care about you or your well being. Do not live here do not even look at it ! I am writing this today which is February 6, 2024 because I’m sick of them reposting my review from 10 years ago!!!!!

I have lived here at Belvedere apartments for the past 3 years and I simply LOVE IT! You cannot beat the location and my apartment is perfect. The management is super helpful and the maintenance team is great!! We probably have one of the best kept secrets here in Naples! Come and see -- you will...
