There are pros and cons to this dog wash. It is much faster and more convenient than bending over the tub at home and if everything goes right you really can walk out with a clean dry dog in 10 minutes for $10.00. However there is no air conditioning so it gets unbearablely hot in summer. Their solution to that is a fan so coated in dog hair you can't feel it and propping the door open giving your dog the opportunity to bolt. There isn't an employee on site if you encounter problems like I did yesterday when the regular shampoo was empty and there were no towels. They say they provide towels but I have never seen any available so your only option is using the blow dryer. My dog isn't afraid of it so it was an option for us but without being able to towel him off first he was so wet I had to buy extra time to dry him and the lowest you can buy in the card...

Read moreWe had a good experience. Great shampoo, conditioner and blow dry for our Bernese Mtn Dog. He could easily jump up into and out of the tub. I appreciate the chain to tether him to the tub. He is a bit nervous about a bath. I would recommend putting a blind on the side window as the sun streams in and heats the room up. Dogs have trouble regulating their body heat.
