KFC — Restaurant in Nappanee

I don’t understand how places like this can continue to be open as you read terrible review after terrible review. I feel exactly the same way about the McDonald’s in Nappanee. this is nappanee guys… this should be a fairly decent at the LEAST in customer service. i’m mind blown that these places are still open. DEAR TACO BELL/KFC + MCDONALDS …. DO THE CITY OF NAPPANEE A FAVOR; start over from SCRATCH! have some standards for yourself when hiring new management and employees.

The absolute worst service and out of everything Seems everytime we do the drive thru they are out of everything on the menu including condiments lol My daughter had to request her change tonight after being told we're out of 3 menu items. When number was called, we only got half of our order. I'm assuming it was the manager said, oh I missed the taco bell side. Sat there and waited for almost 20 minutes for it to get done. In the mean time, drive through and 3 others after us got their food. When we did get our tacos, they were all cold. I highly recommend not going here until they can get better management and...
