Hannaford — Local services in Nashua

Well i shop at hannafords and i do instacart the other saturday i went in to do a instacart . Well i couldn't find a pizza dough so i was in the bread aisle and there were like 3 guys putting bread on the shelf and started to ask if they new were it was well all of a sudden this tall guy with black hair and glasses pushing a gray cart with hannaford bags on it and a ticket gun comes up to me and says dont ask them were things are you go to the service desk and ask t he manager, as im walking away he proceedes to follow me and said you hear what i said i said i heard you, well let me tell you i buy or should i say instacart does a lot of work with cannifords but if they dont tid of him i am a lot of my girlfriends are gonna refuse to go there, found out this guy gets groceries for hanaford customers, i gauss he bags them up for them so im not sure if hes hired from them or hes like there in store shopper god forbid he delivers to the customers, i wouldnt want him stepping two feet near my house. Im almost ready to go to nashua police they way he came after me, hes insane. I love hannafords and ive never had a proublem with them before there nice and friendly, this guy thou put a sore taste in my mouth and my attitude towards the store. Even thou they cant predict what...

Until yesterday, I LOVED this place. I sent my best friends father to do some shopping due to being under the weather. Well, per usual, the deli messes up my order, I send him back the next morning to straighten it out. 3 managers, 1 of which he said was the head honcho and a check out lady..later, he's told he's talking too loud and they don't tolerate that behavior. FIRSTLY... he's deaf in one ear. SECONDLY... telling me I can go to " Market Basket" if I don't like it is EXACTLY what's wrong with people today! Where is the accountability? Responsibility? Apologies and just making it right and then saying, " Have a good day." Where did it go, people? I've been a LOYAL & PATIENT customer for over 15 years. You people find it necessary to pick on an 83 year old, half deaf man!!! Is that what makes you feel good about yourselves? SHAME, SHAME ON YOU!!! I'M GOING CORPORATE!!! THEN TO WHOLE FOODS! THE ABSOLUTE BEST STORE AROUND! Your deli has been lacking for a very long time, and that's a reflection of you. But let's pick on a deaf old man who didn't want 35% less sodium cheese but Land O' Lakes regular, white American 🤔. I know..it's a tough one. The customer is ALWAYS, right! Especially when he's harmless, sweet, smiling, and never rude,...

My first time in the Nashua, NH Hannaford. I had a great time! Amazingly clean store, everything I needed was in stock. The layout was a little different from other Hannaford's I've been to but it was very easy to locate everything in the store. Staff was courteous, friendly, and genuine!! Covid-19 precautions observed. And I am a member of the rewards program so before I checked out I quickly went on my Hannaford app and clipped all available digital coupons that might apply to my items as well as a $10 off my purchase of $50 or more. All of my coupons were applied by myself by entering my phone number attached to the rewards program into the credit card pin pad which allowed the system to apply ANY CLIPPED coupons that applied to my items as well as any built up rewards balance.

It was a very positive experience! I am referring my friends and family to download the app and become a Hannaford Rewards Member and to check out the ease...
