I made an appt here for a highlite/cut/style which they were able to do in 2 days so I was thrilled about them getting me in so quick. I sadly had to cancel due to work commitment and planned on schedueling for the following week. A friend at work suggested her stylist who could do my hair for a bit cheaper and the following day so I did so with some reservation but the girl had 17 yrs experience. I left that salon not being so happy with the layers as i wanted them shorter but relized that both sides were uneven. I was not happy to say the least and wished i had gone to see Kathy and not been so impatient. She was able to fix my hair without taking any more off my length and Im so happy with my hair now. So I went there for hair color, cut and styling. The hair color thankfully came out to be good. I asked for trim and some layers but there’s no layers or trimming, just some bangs. After this, I asked for blow dry but she said air dry would be better and I wanted to leave cuz it’d been 3 and a half hours already. Once I got home I realized my hair had some stuff to it, couldn’t run my fingers through and some residue left. Called them and they took me in for the wash. But my hair is a mess without any conditioning and styling.
