Kohl's — Local services in Nashua

I was at the register with items that I purchased at Walmart on line to pick up in store. I asked the associate if he could price match the items to save me a trip to another store, and I would just cancel my items at other store. He said Kohls does not price match during the holiday season. So I asked him to put the 3 lego sets aside, because they are cheaper at Walmart and target. So I will just continue my journey to Walmart to pick up. I checked out with my other items. Then before I paid for the items, I asked the associate again, if there was anyway to price match to save me a trip to another store. He was clearly annoyed and rudely said “NO”. So I left and went to pick up my order at Walmart. This made me so sad, because I like Kohls and shop kohls often. I have a kohls credit card as well. This has left a huge impact on my feelings towards Kohls and wanted to share my frustration. I did not think I was asking too much to save me a trip. I stopped at kohls to look at Nike hoodies, and as I was shopping, I saw the same Lego sets I had ordered and on my way to pick up. I thought it was great kohls had them and I could save a trip, then when I saw the price and then scanned the item in my app to see if they were on sale or ring up differently. It did not. Then I decided to see if I could get a price match because each one was cheaper at both Walmart and target. Very disappointed in the way I was treated and I looked up your price match policy and it does not say anything about no price match during the season. I know it is a busy time for everyone,...

I like Kohls I actually use to work at this location years ago and absolutely..Loved it! Often thought about working here again part time. I love the variety of items Kohl's offer I love the size of the store its not too large or small...it's a comfortable size store its not connected to other stores I remember years ago down town Lowell use to have shops like Bon Marche, Jordan's, there was a man's dress shop that was on the corner of Central and where Lull & Hartford was in the window they had full mens suits with vest and the top hats and gloves same thing with Bon Marche in their windows where dressed 'to-the-nines' Macy's, JCPenny and now SEARS sadly is gone but I remember these stores stood ALONE they were very distinguished! This is Kohls! On a kinda negative note Im on crutches I actually had a very difficult experience with navigating between the isles I am handicapped and if I were in a wheelchair these isles and clothes, hangers on the floor made my shopping a trip hazard experience for the first time I honestly just needed to get out! Im a wedding & event planner I have to admit I get a little freaked- out, frazzled like Aaaahhhh when I see areas like this a huge part of me just wants to clean it organize it and open each isle up for ease of access.. but I believe I was there after a rush time overall...

I came in today and bought a LOL toy for my daughter. When I found the toy the price had a sharpie over it and the box was taped together. I briefly opened and appeared to be okay. It was the last one so I really wanted to get it for my daughter. When I got to the register I asked the girl if she could look it over and she just said “it’s on sale”! Well when I got home I sat down and opened the toy with my daughter. And my daughter said there is only 8 LOL dolls. On the box it says there should be 12. So I called the store and barely got to speak before the woman rudely interrupts me and says just bring it back. Well I understand how to return something but I was trying to explain to her I don’t want to hurt my Daughters feelings and I know it was the last one. And the worker on the phone is just like every other retail place. Annoyed that I even called, had such a bad attitude. It’s really unfortunate what people have become. I was just maybe thinking I could get a gift card? Or some reimbursement but no I just get a strong attitude for no reason. It’s...
