They were a problem from day 1 by. sending my medication late, and they shorted me on it as well.
I reported to my Dr how many pills I had left of each RX. So, it was crucial to refill as quickly as possible.
Orginal refill set on the 19th of December. But that date was not good because I would run completely out of RX before that date. Meaning that they shorted me my RX pill number to last.
I was running out by the 6th. I tried to explain the issue, but the pharmacy was very rude and gaslighting.
The one pharmacist talked over me. It seems they do that if you have a problem, so they don't listen to you, then act like they are the ones who are correct, and I was being rude or unreasonable. No, it is them They are smart ass rude and nasty.
I had my Rx sent elsewhere and no issues or attitude problems,
When I told the pharmacy I am dealing with now everything that happened with this pharmacy,
They agreed with me that they were acting unprofessional and unessary. And they are very much out of line and over step and rude.
They are not good. The other thing is when a client or patient or whatever you wish to name or label calls and is frustrated to start with, Don't take an attitude with them. Because you aren't perfect like you think you are, and you might have messed up like you did.
The situation was not good to start. You act like what information you are providing is correct after the fact the person expressed and explained you made a mistake.
Your answer should be okay. Let me see what went wrong and how we can fix this.
Not "I didn't interrupt you"... Because at this point, the person is responding to you, they are not interrupting, they are responding and either correcting you or agreeing, trying to give responses to give you more information.
Advice, lose your attitude, and solve the problem.
Advice to everyone else, do not deal with this pharmacy.. 100% Attitude problem lack of understanding and no interest in correcting errors or situations... And unessary overkill on communication and lack of it.. Simple Dr. sends you Rx, you confirm with them the information is correct and fill the RX, and send it out.
You don't need to delay or cause issues. Another thing when calling identification of who you actually are. "It's the pharmacy, and it's your Rx.
What you don't understand is that the nurse or Dr. already confirms your information address and so on. So you have that information already, don't be a pain in the A... you aren't the Dr, and we aren't in any kind of...
Read moreSo far this is the best clinic I’ve been to. I have always loved the staff since I’ve been going there. They are always respectful, extremely nice, and not in a way that feels forced because you’re at work. They are genuinely nice. It’s always easy to schedule, reschedule, and also get in contact with my doctor directly, which you don’t get from most places at all. Everything is accessible online as well and they update you and get back to you quicker than any office I’ve dealt with. I’ve never had a problem here. My doctor is also very engaging, it doesn’t feel like she’s just doing it for a job, she shows she cares and has an interest in your health and what’s best for you. Highly recommend this place. Also, the new office is nice , they have some cool art work that I think they’re going to put up soon and I love it. Also a shout out to the lady at reception, she is extremely nice every single time I see her. Bright smile and attitude, my girlfriend also enjoyed her as well. She dresses fun and it always makes a difference at doctor’s offices for me when dealing...
Read moreI feel bad disparaging a place that offers such an important service but I showed up for an appointment I made online and no one was there.
Perhaps I shouldn't have been able to make the appointment in the first place. I don't know. I only know that no one was even in the clinic when I arrived and I ended up leaving without...
