Yesterday I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience with the store manager, Jackie Blaize. While I was shopping, she stared at me so hard that I felt uneasy. I even spoke kindly to acknowledge her presence, but instead of easing the situation, she immediately came right in front of me and began cleaning up where I was standing. When I moved to another aisle, I noticed she was following me — something I have never experienced in this store before.

When I made my way to the register, she told the white cashier who was open to step away and instead made the Black American cashier take me. She then stared down the cashier so intensely that the young woman even asked, “What happened? What did I do?” When it was my turn to check out, I shared what I had just experienced with the manager, and based on the cashier’s reaction, it seemed like this may not have been the first time.

This treatment was unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I have been shopping at this store for years and have always found great deals, but I truly hope the management changes. No loyal customer should be made to...

I I moved 25 minutes across town and had no idea about this place I went in the first time and I was able to get Converse Hurley Nike the whole nine yards brand for my 7-year-old and the prices for like legit nice stuff was like 3.99 for shirts and then like outfit sets were like $14.99 dresses were 899 all the branding stuff was much cheaper and I'm shocked that I could find a store that actually fits me I always order online before trying things on or even when I go into a store like the most moon stores and try things on it doesn't work out well I'm 5'2 this is the first store I'm able to find jumpers that don't drag on the floor I will probably shop here for the rest of my life and only here oh and...

I'm an Arizona transplant, so I was happy to find a DD's here in Tennessee. If you're unfamiliar with them, they're owned by Ross; so think a very similar version, just less name brands and lower prices. This is a great place for inexpensive kids clothes, pet accessories ,and home goods, for sure. If you're looking for a new clothing wardrobe on the cheap, you can get it here. Also, very cute and trendy clothes for juniors. I wish there were another closer location. Sigh, we'll still drive the hour...
