Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I've been to this location many many many many many times, in fact I've been coming to it for around 25 years now since the very first open and when I was a little kid. And in recent years it's become quite terrible. It's usually so slow that the pizzas will have been sitting out forever and so they're old and they won't cook any new ones and put them up on the bar for you. The restaurant is always dirty and I mean always. It's looked like it's in the middle of construction for around 3 years now. But if you order the food to go it's at least all right because it's fresh to order. Tonight I went in at 9:30 p.m. to place an order to go when they're not supposed to close until 10:00 and she told me that I couldn't place an order because they were closed. I said it's not 10:00 yet why can't I place an order. She refused to answer me over and over. So I started asking for the managers number, which she literally proceeded to just act like she couldn't hear me. It was unbelievably childish and unprofessional.

After a few times of me asking, a man walks towards the front and asks what's going on. I told him. His response was simply, "it's done done". So I again mentioned the time, and he started getting more snarky and insulting by the second. I asked him for the managers name and/or number, to which he literally mocked me like a child would and then said none of your business. So I asked his name- which I should've known better by this point - which resulted in him acting so childish it's literally hard got me to even have the words to describe the gestures and things he was doing... At this point I just took my phone out and started recording the ordeal in a way that I knew he would see, thinking that would surely help. It did not, not even a little. So I recorded his absurd behavior for a few seconds, as well as the first lady who was simply pretending to not notice any of what was happening, and then left before things progressed even further.

Overall, it was truly one of the most bizarre and disgraceful ordeals I've ever seen take place in a "business". And I've seen more than my fair share of terrible customer service. So all in all, they just lost a customer of around 25 years who orders around once a week. I'd highly recommend that management take control of the restaurant they're supposed to be managing as obviously, all aspects ultimately reflect on the job they...

Drove 8 hours to come to this cici's. Was the 1st cici's we've eaten at in 10 yrs. Arrived at 8pm. The pizza was all cold, looked very old. Waited until 9:15 pm until we left for fresh pizza to be put out. There were 7 or 8 other tables that came in, they still did not put new pizzas out. They had 3 half pizza's, and cleaned up all the deserts. They kept taking ppl in and took their money but no new pizza's were put out. The workers were all just so much of a hurry to run out the door at closing time. I see why cici's is closing locations. Pensacola cici's pizza is the best location I've ever been to. Great service they ask you what pizza you want made when you walk in, everything is always fresh and a fantastic atmosphere with hard working employees. If your on a road trip, it's worth the drive to just go there. Very disappointed we didn't stop at a different location and chose this one. Wasted $26 on old, cold, curdled food. Like how can you go home and feel good about yourself when you just served ppl nasty cold food that you wouldn't even eat, probably even making them sick with how long the stuff has sat out. This is one of the locations the corporates should ever purge and find better employees or close permanently bc it's a complete joke. I could have got fresh food at a fast...

Been to this location multiple times simply because I LOVE PIZZA, and most definitely PIZZA BUFFETS. Therefore I continuously go here being that there are NO OTHER PIZZA BUFFETS around me. Not only is location unsanitary, the food is just simply disgusting. Slight example of UNSANITARTY, as I was paying to eat at this location the lady at the front counter was portioning cheese. Not only was she portioning cheese , she was DOI NG IT AT THE FROT COUNTER where there was a crowd of people. The food was simply disgusting due to the fact it was cold, dry, and the bread was hard. Not only was it UNSANITARY and DISGUSTING, it was far from clean nor organized. The floor was dirty, the walls where FILTHY, and we could barely find a place to sit because everything was so close together. The product that they use to top the pizza taste extremely fake. Last but surely not least because I can go on and on about this location but the Parents seemed to not be able to keep there children in hand. kids where everywhere! Running around and again te tables are so close this caused a bother to me and my mother who wasted her $13.91 eating at this poor locating. I come here time and time again for the p0izza hopeing it will be better next time but no. Its the same TRASH everytime....
