Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Observed a gentleman working at this location, while waiting for food, blow his nose in the area where food and drinks were being prepared. When the car hop arrived with my order, I informed her of my observation, requested a refund and asked if a supervisor was onsite to speak to. Without asking any further questions, which I thought was strange because there were two males that I could see working inside, she informed me that the person I was complaining about was the General Manager of that location. I was appalled and asked for his name. She then informed me that she didn't have permission to give out his name but would request that he come speak with me. He came to my vehicle, did not apologize and responded by saying "I've not blown my nose in a while." I asked for his name and he informed me that his first name was Jamie and he did not have to give me his last name. I will not be returning as this is a clear representation of the standards at this location. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese toaster. This was clearly a bad morning to order it and no one told me. It was not the cooks specialty. When we unwrapped it, it was 2 over-toasted bread ends with an egg folded like a pocket handkerchief and 2 bacons fused together. We looked all through the bag for the cheese. Never found it. The sandwich was dry. Like wilderness dry. Maybe this was a bad morning for the cook. We all have bad mornings. Please, please, please...if you are a cook and you are having a bad morning, do the parking lot. Or maybe call out. This is peoples food. It has to be quality product. I am just 1 customer this morning speaking about my experience. I wonder how many people received the same surprise when they unwrapped their food this morning. It wasn't even texas toast. It was like great value bread. Please let someone check the sandwiches before they wrap them. And please do a wellness check with your cook to determine if they should do parkimg2...

The atmosphere was my car so that's a 5. The food was just Mozarella Sticks ,they were good. We had 2 drinks my daughters drink was good and had a nice amount of ice. We love the ice!! My drink was good, ot was a Dr Pepper add Cherry and Vanilla but the lack of soda to ice ratio,the drink got warm fast so I had to throw it away. The service ,the person taking the order was good. The guy bringing out the food was not pleasant, he was just passing this bag back and forth ,didn't get us the right drinks at 1st. He wasn't friendly and he was unorganized, the first items he gave us, the bag of food that had a Corn dog and Mozarella Sticks belonged to the lady next to us. This was our 1st and last time at this location, Sonic is the only place I can get my Dr Pepper made like this since the company stopped making them but anyteewhooo I'll stick to my locations where service has always been the same for decades..but this was our experience if you like it I...
