I found an under armour jacket that i couldnt find a price tag on, i took it to 1 sales associate who also couldnt find a price so she took it to a 2nd lady who couldn't find a price either so she went and printed a new price tag for $27.99 & when i went to pay the lady at the register said it was $79.99 & when i explained to her that i went thru 2 people trying to find the price and waited 10 minutes for the 2nd lady to go put the price on it she said we could have it for, i even had the sales associate that repriced it come up there and tell the manager that she did it, the manager continues to argue and be rude to me and she goes and gets 2 more jackets that are different from the 1 i had to show me about how much they ran and 1 of them was $39 so i told her I'd pay that and she said in a,very sarcastic tone if thats whats going to completely satisfy u than ill do it but its morally wrong, and i tried to ask why she was questioning my morals cuz shes the one that went and got the other 2 jackets she told me she wasnt talking to me while holding her hand up and walked away!!! Gale the manager is very rude and i hope noone else has to...

Although it says itâs open late itâs not. Which would have been fine but the sales associate with short hair proceeded to tell us âshe wanna go homeâ and telling customers âit donât matter we closedâ even though they werent for over a half hour to multiple customers in a rude manner was completely disrespectful. I came in for a simple a Christmas bag for a present and she followed me telling me âyall need to go on I wanna go homeâ. I grabbed my bag and told my husband it was time to leave. She followed us telling us it was time to go. My husband is the most passive person alive and doesnât even cuss and he got so uncomfortable while WE WERE IN LINE because her comments that he finally dropped everything he had in his arms on the floor and ripped our Tj max card in half. Lost a customer. Worst location, go to Burlington instead because you will not feel welcome shopping for your...
Read moreI was completely ignored not once, but twice by the middle aged woman with short blonde hair who was working at the jewelry counter today. She never acknowledged me, but waited on one lady, took her to the register, because hers wasnât working properly, and never came back. I watched her push several carts around the front of the store and talk to other customers up there. I approached her for assistance at the jewelry counter while she was up at the register, and no longer waiting on any customers. Instead of being assistance, she called someone else to help me on the PA system, and went back to her conversation with another store associate. I have never felt so unworthy of help in a store in my entire life, and I left in tears. Iâm not sure why this woman wouldnât help me, but now I know that I can no longer depend on any help at...
