Rick, was so helpful! I was exhausted as “Miss Winnie Kitty” was dealing with constant itching, scratching and licking. I didn’t know what to do other than consult with her Doc.

Before going to see her Doc, I visited Hollywood Feed and talked to Rick, he listened and heard what I shared and offered some options that could help. First, I had already decided to change her food from Blue Buffalo Tasteful’s to something else; Rick talked me through and educated me about Fromm, ND, Acana and Orijen. I was impressed with his knowledge and recommendations as we also talked about Salmon Oil and Anchovy to supplement her diet.

I restructured “Miss Things” diet and it has been remarkable and quite unbelievable.

Miss Winnie Kitty now, gets fed twice a day with Orijen Guardian 8 and Brilliant Salmon Oil - one pump each serving, topped off with half an anchovy filet - no salt added in water.

Less than a week and she is a new improved 2.0 Miss Winnie. No scratching, itching, biting or licking and she is playful and a totally improved kitty!

I love Hollywood Feed for a number of reasons that are not found in other pet feed stores. First of all, they carry a more sophisticated line of products than most of the popular pet feed stores such as Petco and Pet Smart. The food lines they carry are more in line with better nutrition for all pets; they have mandated classes for the people who work in the store, teaching them about nutrition and giving them the latest information about good quality pet nutrition. The employees are so knowledgeable about everything they carry in the store, and are certainly able to be informative to customers who have questions about what is best for their pet; I have learned so much from speaking with the employees, things I now use that are so helpful. All pet stores should be like Hollywood Feed, but they are not, but I am glad this store exists to help teach us about our pets needs and good nutrition that will ultimately help our pets live better and longer lives. Hollywood Feed is my Go To place because it’s just a great place to shop for my little guy! Couple days ago I stopped in with my Leo. We were immediately greeted by Stephanie! She came over and gave Leo some much needed scratchies on his head which he loves! She gave him a treat, but of course that wasn’t enough for Leo so he started sniffing her hand for another. Steph helped me pick out a freshener, a Urine remover, and new treats for Leo!!! He can only do soft chew because he has no teeth. She was super helpful and insightful! She’s just the type of person I love helping me when I’m need of advice, and that’s not the other crew aren’t always helpful because they are. This particular day Steph was a rockstar, even telling me about her Dog. Hollywood is the only pet store I’ll shop at because of the great people and deals! Very reasonable pricing on a lot of their products! So I just had to shout out Stephanie for the great customer service!...
