Me and my hubby went to Chipotle on 8/8/17 and the atmosphere was very Customer service friendly. They all spoke to me & my hubby and even when the nice employee lady seen the look on my face as if something was wrong, she ask, I told her im very scared to eat here due to bad business at their West End Location and how me & my hubby got treated multiple times and she went above and let us meet her General Manager Orlando, he was very Professional Manager and spoke to me & My hubby and told us that we will never get treated here like this. He even went out his way to give us to free meals and A large drink to let us know we are #1. That's customer service.... Keep up the good work at this location. As me and my HUBBY entered into the building, It was one customer was ahead of us, So when the first nice employee try to take my 3 orders of food, the employee that has the funny colored eyes had snatched our food out of the employee hands on purpose and the food was hanging out of the bowls and this same rude employee started threwing our food into the bowl and the sour cream was everywhere. She treated us like animals!!!! The rice was burnt and dry & nasty and the pinto beans was dry up looking nasty, and the toppings was all over the place!!!! A disgrace, the sweet tea was out and hardly no customers was inside so it's no excuse!!!!..... I been trying to contact Orlando the general manager from this incident but their phone lines are mess up. We are very angry and very tired to keep getting treated this way. We pay $26.00 dollars and which that can go to some other restaurant that will treat us with respect. We want A refund!!!!!! I really given A good review on this store and Orlando needs to fired all the employees that is causing his customers problems because she was mad because I was with my husband and I don't even know her. Read moreI never write reviews, and I actually love and frequent this location, but I was genuinely so taken back by an employee’s behavior that I really feel the need to. I don’t have her name but she had red hair. I had placed a mobile order at 6:00 but set my pick up time for 6:20. I arrive about 6:25 and my order isn’t on the shelf with the other orders. I made my way to the counter to tell them I didn’t see the order and the red haired employee with a very snappy attitude said “it’s over there” referring to the shelf. Just in case, I did take another look to confirm my food wasn’t there. It wasn’t. I made my way back to the counter and the same employee with an even bigger tone said “what’s your name” I told her my name, she once again said “it’s over there” I kindly say it’s not and she proceeded to huff, puff, stomp over to the pick up shelf to look for herself, low and behold it’s not there. She then says with extreme attitude, “well I guess someone took it, someone must have taken it”. Okay? Can you remake it for me. Again, huffed, puffed, stomped, and stormed back behind the counter where it took her 10 minutes to remake my order (which was just a kids meal) while I was waiting by the front counter, thinking she would hand it to me she just said “itll be over on the shelf when it’s ready.” Okay, I go wait by the shelf for 7ish minutes and check back by the counter and she again screams, “Itll be on the shelf when it’s ready”. Okay, I go wait by the shelf. Another employee flags me down, so I assume they are calling because it’s ready, no the same employee once again is fuming “it’ll be on the shelf” I finally plant my self by the shelf and wait. She then walks RIGHT past me, made no eye contact or nothing and placed the food on the shelf instead of handing it to me WHEN I WAS RIGHT THERE. never once did I get an apology for any of this behavior. Read moreI entered this restaurant about 30 minutes before closing after getting off of my shift at the hospital down the street to try and get some decent food before just about everything closed at 10pm. Upon entering, there was one other customer in the restaurant at the time. Before making it to the counter, an employee shouted out to me asking if I had an online order to which I replied no. He said they were only taking online orders. No problem pulled out my phone to make an online order. Tried through the app and the website on my phone multiple times with no success and continued error messages. I approached the counter and informed to employee that I had tried to make an online order multiple times through the app and website but could not. I was now the only customer in the restaurant and 10 minutes had passed by. The employee informed me that HE was only taking online orders right now no exceptions and he could not help me. He had an attitude and did not stop cleaning behind the counter at any point during this conversation. I tried to order online again with no success again. I asked the employee to help me again to which he said again only online orders. I asked why and he replied that he was the only employee there at the time and that’s why. So it was now about 9:55pm and I had tried to order for 20 minutes. If he would’ve just stopped what he was doing for 5 minutes tops and taken my order and made the food and rang me up I would’ve been good and gone by that time.
