this place takes advantage of lower income patients so bad its disgusting. ive been waiting on test results for my heart condition for over a month and it is literally impossible to have any doctor return my calls. you call and they refuse to connect you with anyone that can help. they say theyll send a message and the call will be returned within 48 hours. never once after ive called has this been true. in fact i call 2 weeks later and am told multiple calls have been made to me already and i dont answer. BIG false. called for a fifth time and briefly walked away from my phone to use the bathroom and of course in that one minute they finally called back. i returned the call less than one minute after it was dropped and all of a sudden the doctor was too busy to talk. in the span of 2 minutes? they dont give extensions to call anyone directly so you will never get your results. this had happened to me twice in the last year with the different tests. they also made me schedule two phone appointments at $20 each before i was able to be seen in person for another $25. when i spoke to the nurse during the second call she said it was pointless and stupid that they made me schedule a second appointment for no reason and didnt charge me. so at least theres one person there whos not a complete moron. everyone else there needs to find a new job thats not in customer service or medical related. zero sense of urgency here and they would rather wait until you die before they contact you about your visits. shame on all of...
Read moreI have been going to this clinic for years and was seeing four great providers! I can’t remember the last two, but I remember Julie Brewer and Caitlin Allen who works with the kids now. All of them have left within the last few years and my most recent provider left last year. She was amazing!
Now they tell you the only provider you can see at this clinic is Sandra Rivera. This is my 2nd time seeing her and it will not be a 3rd. She was very dismissive, didn’t answer my questions of concern, and rushed me. The appointment was less than 2 minutes. Then got the nerve to say see you in a few months? Oh no you will not. The first time I saw her (when my provider left), she was super late and appointment lasted only 5 minutes and felt rushed also. So I’m seeing this must be a pattern with her or she is just doing it to me? I don’t feel I have to pay and give my hard earned money to a provider who doesn’t even do their job as a provider. It’s too expensive out here to be giving your money to providers who aren’t doing their best effort to help you and to be dealing with poor quality and dissatisfaction.
Since I have been a patient for so long, I am willing to try another clinic. I will NOT ever return to...
Read moreHaven’t even been yet, but the receptionist I spoke to on the phone was pretty rude to me. And the system to get set up with a therapist seems unnecessarily long and a way to make more money. I was told I would have to have two different appointments with a nurse practitioner and then a primary care physician before I could make an appointment with a therapist and they would have to “approve” it first. Never ever had to do that for a therapist. Her explanations were confusing. And she clearly wasn’t listening to me, because I began the conversation asking what the costs were like for uninsured patients, and then at the end she still asked if I had insurance. It was a rude and unthoughtful reaction, especially someone who is calling to get...
