Chris is THEE whiskey fanatic nerdy guy to go to for knowledge with a bit of comedy. It was such an entertaining experience and very informative all while tasting the juice and getting to have a deeper understanding of the selections offered. I really appreciated his insights and how he was able to break down the technical jargon for my group to really grasp the concepts of what goes into crafting whiskey. I have been privileged to attend three different Tennessee Whiskey Workshop classes with the one and only Chris Mallon. I've done two of the Sunday Spirit Sessions at 1865 Club and one of the OG classes currently held at Love & Exile.
