Avalon Natick — Local services in Natick

We have been living in the Avalon Apartments for the last six years. It's been a terrific experience. The office staff makes every effort to make sure the entire complex is run well with concerns resolved quickly. In addition, the office staff arranges lots of terrific activities for the residents year 'round. There's an annual cookout/BBQ Pool Party. There's candy at Halloween and a small gathering for the kids in the office. The winter holidays see a cocktail party. This year, to maintain social distancing, we were treated to burgers and chicken from Bourbon's food truck - delicious! The maintenance staff is the B E S T. I have never had to wait for service and problems have been dealt with not only swiftly, but with a fantastic attitude. The location is perfect - within walking distance to the Natick Mall (and Wegman's) and within minutes drive to plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment. We're located between Route 9 and Route 30 and are about 2 minutes from the Mass Pike entrance. Downtown Natick is a short 8 minute drive. We can chose Roche Bros, Wegman's, Stop & Shop, Whole Foods, Donnelan's or Aldi's for groceries, all within either walking distance or a quick drive. There are a whole lot of restaurants close by as well. From Zaftig's to Olive Garden, there's a variety of cuisines (Thai, Italian, American Bistro, Pub Style, Steak House, Chinese, Indian, Vegan, fast food and more) to chose from all very close to the complex. There's a Target and WalMart as well as a Christmas Tree Shoppe as well as several strip malls and one large Natick Mall within two miles. One of the best things about Avalon is the view from the back of Building #5....you can see Cochichuate State Park and the Rail Trail runs along side the complex. The building is concrete, which means the noise factor is diminished greatly. Most of the time, I'm not even aware I have neighbors. However, considering it's an apartment complex, the neighbors are actually very friendly with each other. If you want, it's easy to meet and be friendly with the folks in the building. New Review: I'm so happy and thankful for the maintenance staff! During the hottest days this past week my air condition malfunctioned. With in 30 minutes the maintenance staff arrived to my apartment and fixed my air conditioner. They moved the furniture blocking the door to the unit for me, fixed the AC, and put everything back into place and they did it with a smile. The other day they came and did the annual maintenance replacing batteries in the smoke detectors, key fab, and changed the AC filter. I'm am very grateful for the continued help in fixing and maintaining everything in the apartment and the exterior of the building. They even power washed the garage which is always clean. Its very nice to move into a beautiful apartment while having it maintained at the same time. Thank you again to all the maintenance staff!

The staff at Avalon Natick are friendly, professional, and very helpful. The maintenance staff always complete service requests timely and quality work. If they see you in the hallway they ask if you need help with anything. The leasing office staff is very friendly and professional. If you are sick and need help delivering packages to your door they do it with a smile no matter how many times you ask them.

During the pandemic the leasing office helped with many resources one would not know existed. They installed hand sanitizers throughout the building. Cleaning of common areas was done around the clock. Educational posters were hung around the building and email notifications kept everyone informed.

We recently moved from NYC to MA and we chose to live at the Avalon in Natick because it is a lovely, upscale apartment unit that is conveniently located to public transportation, local amusements (mall, restaurants, trails and parks), and the staff and grounds are excellent! The staff went above and beyond to help set us up in the new apartment. As we were living in NYC with a new baby it was difficult to travel, so the staff worked with my family and courteously worked with them closely to find us the perfect unit. The staff communicated clearly and on time, and exceeded my expectations of wonderful service! They made moving in very easy, and had presents for us and our dog waiting upon our move in. The grounds are gorgeous, there is a trail that goes right by the lake out back where you can walk your pets. There is indoor parking, and plently of indoor and outdoor parking spaces. There is a pool, gym, Amazon hub service and the maintenance team is wonderful and very friendly. The unit is clean, spacious, modern and has full new appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, central air and microwave) and has lots of storage room. Coming from NYC this is a dream in terms of space, storage and access to the outdoors. It is also easy to walk to the mall and other attractions similar to how we walked around in the city which is nice if you are also moving from the city. If you are looking for quiet there is plenty of that too. I cannot hear any noise from my apartment and all the neighbors are very friendly and respectful. Again, the staff here is wonderful and make it a very lovely experience to live here. I highly recommend this...
