I can’t even begin to express my rage with this company. We just bought a house and have been buying appliances and things from different places, I was advised to not buy anything from Home Depot and I didn’t listen. If you’re reading this and thinking of buying an appliance through this company this is your warning, DON’T. I bought a pretty expensive washer and dryer set and my nightmare begin moments after. My appointment was scheduled for the 16th delivery and then because of something on their end it had to be rescheduled for the 20th, I was told that they would text me 24 hours before the appointment to give me a window for delivery and that the delivery guys would give me a 30-50min call for heads up. None of those things happened. They texted me late at night before the morning of my delivery (not even 12 hours before) and the guys called me when they were FIVE MINUTES away from my home. I called Home Depot and they told me the guys were required to wait until 10:45 am, at exactly 10:30 they drove right out of my house (I have camera recording proof) and not only that, I was at the bottom of my driveway and they saw me waving. A million things happened that day, none of those which includes my problem being resolved. I was reached for a week later delivery. For the inconvenience I was promised a 20% refund upon delivery with a phone call. I just called and they want to give me $30. Not only that, my washer and dryer were not hooked up. Every person I spoke to on the phone have been bluntly disrespectful, unhelpful and completely rude about this situation. They hire unprofessionals and untrained people to work for them. When I called back I asked for a supervisor which was also a joke because she couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction or helping figure out a solution. I’ve wasted two days in total of work because of this company. All because of a washer and dryer, I know, ridiculous!! DON’T BUY APPLIANCES...
Read moreI just left Home Depot in natick crying. It’s not a black or white thing or is it? I went to return something the lady at the return desk helped the person in front of me and walked away. Not acknowledging me or excusing herself. Two man are at the pick up desk completely ignoring me for 5 minutes not even looking up at me I am standing in the return line all alone, not being acknowledged. A white customer comes behind me and the guy at the service desk offered to help him, the same two guys that was at the pick up desk ignoring me. I ask the customer behind me, the one that just walked in, that he offered to help. wasn’t I here before you, he said yes. I told the cashier I was here before him, he ignored me pretend I was not there. After 7 minutes of being ignored. The lady who was there before returned to the desk and grabbed my returned, no greeting nothing. I was polite and still greeted her but her attitude didn’t change. I ask her for a number I can called to file a complaint. She gave me a number in a piece of paper. I ask her for the cashier’s name she told me Ricardo. He didn’t look like no damn Ricardo but I ignored it and call the complaint number she gave me. surprise wrong number. I find another employee and I ask for a a manager after 10 minutes someone came out an assistant manager name Mike. He was polite and offered me a discount. I don’t need a discount I said, I need these employees to have a diversity training, reprimanded and if you are a racist you shouldn’t be working with the public. I spend way to much money at Home Depot to be treated small, invisible, and disrespected. Then I sat in my car and cried because this happens...
Read moreNatick Home Depot, I’m writing this review to express my frustration and disappointment following my recent visit to your Natick store. I went to exchange a propane tank and was directed to the customer service desk. There, I was assisted by Edward, who told me I had to purchase a brand-new tank and keep my old one. I felt I had no choice but to follow his instructions and buy a new tank. However, when I went outside to pick up the new propane tank, another employee informed me that Edward should have simply processed a standard propane exchange, not sold me an entirely new tank. I returned to customer service to address the issue, but Edward was reluctant to correct the mistake—even after his supervisor, Anthony, explicitly told him to proceed with the exchange. Other employees confirmed that an exchange should have been done in the first place, and I still cannot understand Edward’s motivation for acting in such an unprofessional and confrontational way. This experience left me feeling misled and disrespected. I honestly believe that Edward’s behavior was driven by prejudice, which made the situation even more upsetting. Thankfully, with the help of other staff members, I was eventually able to complete the exchange and resolve the issue. I’d especially like to thank Anthony and Luke for stepping in and doing the right thing. Please be aware of your rights as a customer when shopping at the Natick Home Depot. Unfortunately, not all employees act in good faith, and situations like this can happen. I sincerely hope no other customer has to go through what I experienced. Thank you for taking the time to...
