Everyone's review reflects their individual experience with the company, so I'm only sharing my experience. You may have a great experience with them, and many clearly have. I did not.
I purchased two things, a matress and two stressless chairs. The buying (in store) experience. And there it ended. I was to get a call about the delivery estimate, nothing. I call the store, my sales person isn't available. The person who answered the phone was too busy to answer my question - literally what I was told. Call back tomorrow, this call is over.
Tomorrow, no sales person, same woman who said she was a designer and couldn't be bothered to track my order. May I speak with a manager, he's not there. Call tomorrow.
I emailed, and contacted a number off the website, and I received a text message from someone who seemed helpful. All I wanted was a delivery estimate, and failing that cancel my order - I can take my business elsewhere. Brief text message conversation, will speak with manager and call tomorrow. Everyone is working hard, it is covid, be considerate I was told. Then I got ghosted.
We are all working hard in the midst of covid, that's no excuse for poor customer service.
Not a single call from them to tell me when my order would arrive, and out of the blue, a call from a delivery company - my stuff will be delivered the coming Saturday. I have no idea whether this was an in-house delivery company, or some third party. But the dude showed up, and did not have a mask, and seemed surprised that I asked him to wear one. Both people who did the delivery found masks, completed their delivery and left.
The arm of my stressless chair was loose/broken, and needed to be assembled properly (which it wasn't).
I won't say your experience with them will be horrible. Mine was. You may have a great experience, but I will never, ever go back to this place. But, your name may not sound like mine (yeah, some comments were made about my name), and you may not care to know when your stuff will be delivered, your mileage may vary. Mine was horrible.

Read moreMy wife and I were in the market for a new sofa. We weren't sure what we wanted but we figured we'd know when we saw it. We made the rounds to all the furniture stores and were stalked like we were prey. It's an uncomfortable feeling. Stickley was our last stop. We arrived and were greeted by Michael who welcomed us, asked if we'd visited the store before and told us to enjoy the store and he would check back with us later. That was it. There was no stalking happening at Stickley. We were allowed to shop and it wasn't lost on my wife or myself that Michael was nearby, however, busy fixing displays and tidying up the store. After about ten minutes Michael reapproached us and asked if we had any questions. We began to tell him we were looking for a sofa for a living room. He asked us the size of the current sofa, the size of the room and a few other questions. Before you knew it we had found our sofa. My wife shared images of the room with Michael and he suggested a few fabrics for our new sofa. And that was it we had our new sofa! It was the easiest and best experience either of us have ever had in a furniture store. While we were finishing up we noticed another customer purchasing and they were getting the same care we received. The people at Stickley care about your purchase, that was clear to us. Read moreI wanted to take a moment to review our sales designer Michael. We live in the metro west area and it's pretty much furniture row with all the furniture stores that line route 9. We recently moved into our new home and don't have a lot of disposable income to spend so my husband and I thought buying some new accessories would give us a new look. We started our day off and hit every furniture store under the sun. We had the same experience at each store. We were greeted, and upon hearing we were just looking for accessories, we were left to own devices. Then we stopped at Stickley and it was probably our sixth or seventh stop and for the first time after we were greeted by Michael and told him we were just looking for accessories he asked us about the room we were decorating. He was the first salesperson we encountered all day who had shown an interest in helping us. We showed him pictures of our new home and he walked the showroom with us asking questions and showing us things he thought would look great in our home. We were definitely on a budget and he understood this and still spent a good amount of time with us ensuring we were happy. We were beyond happy. His help and attention to our situation really made us feel special and I can honestly say when we do have the budget for new furniture I'm heading right back to Stickley!!! Thank you Michael and...
