Boston Interiors — Local services in Natick

I have worked with Boston Interiors consistently now for over 5 or 6 years. I am a design professional and work with many different furniture companies. I must say, nothing compares to the staff here. They are fantastic all the way from the sales team, to the manager, service department and delivery team. I have been consistently been placing orders because everything goes smoothly when we work together and will continue to do so. I had a large install last week and and a small hiccup on my end and was running late to the delivery. The wonderful drivers waited for me and even helped me clear a snowy path to get into the house which I know is not their responsibility. They went above and beyond for me. The furniture arrived all in good condition and was assembled and placed in the exact location I wanted. I couldn't have been more grateful. On top of that experience, I have been placing orders with the Natick store. Beth Mayes typically helps me and she is amazing! Actually the whole team has been super friendly and very helpful! Niki, the manager has been fantastic as well, always happy to answer any product questions I have, show me new collections and speak to me on all the nitty gritty details. I think one of the most important thing to mention is that whenever I need something, a price, a certain dimension ect they get back to me ASAP. In todays industry this is certainly rare, it sometimes takes 2 weeks for me to receive a quote back from a vendor. Working with this company not only makes my life so much easier but the products they offer are great. I never put anything in a clients home that I wouldn't put in my own house. I stand by everything item they sell, the upholstery is superior and at a much better price than I see other places for similar quality. They have a great selection of rugs too which can be a tough one for me to find exactly what I am looking for. But they always seem to have it! I will certainly continue to work with this company over and over and they consistently delivery a great experience. I will also continue to recommend them to other trade professionals, clients and friends and family as I know they will be taken care of the second they walk...

After 10 weeks of waiting for our two bed frames, serving table, half chair with ottoman, and couch - it came out to little over $15,000. Now that is a lot of money. And I expected better from Bethany and the team. The reason behind this one star is I am going to come out as a Karen.

The people came over, delivered and put everything together. Literally the first night, one of the screws on the bedframe was bent. Now this makes me wonder the person who was installing this was thinking "eh, they wont see this." Guess what....we saw it.

So we called them to ask can they either send us a replacement part so we can fix it? No of course not. They needed a technician to stop by. That took 9 days. By the time the technician came, he fixed it under 5 minutes. Wonderful! But again, you could have just mailed it to us. We even showed them photos of what it looked like. So ridiculous. With the amount of money we spent on this, these team should have had an urgent need to take care of this ASAP. Not wait 9 days. Bethany, I hope you are reading this because I will make sure I would never recommend this to anybody...

I have nothing but great things to say about Boston Interiors Natick. My husband and I just purchased a new home, and were feeling a bit overwhelmed about furnishing it. We walked into Boston Interiors and started chatting with Amanda Seideman. Turns out she is a design associate (a very talented one). She ended up coming to our home and taking every imaginable measurement. She then spent hours creating a power point presentation that showed us many floor plan options, color schemes, and design ideas. After viewing her awesome presentation we walked through the store and made our selections. Her dedication to our project was unreal.
