I have only shopped once here but have passed the store a few times. About 1-2 weeks ago I went in due to interest in getting a moonstone. When I got there the lady seemed nice at first (she was older with dark hair and braces). She let me know she only had one necklace with that stone. It was $85 for a small stone and the silver chain was very thin and looked frail. It was pricey but I assumed it was the proper price range. I let her know my concern with the chain being thin. She insured me that although thin it was sturdy and would be strong. After she insisted I would have no issues I was convinced and bought it; she put it in a box and I was on my way. I only made it downstairs and wanted to wear it so I took it out and already the chain was broken (I didn’t even get to use it). I went back upstairs and informed the lady what happened and would like to return it. She said that was strange because it is so strong. She then said she would have to call the owner to come in for a refund. She then insisted the chain is strong and tried demonstrating by pulling on it. When she did she ripped the chain a second time effortlessly. She then offered another chain. I said no thank you I just wanted a refund. She said she couldn’t do it because the owner wasn’t there. I let her know I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew how easily it would break and if she didn’t reassure me to the contrary. She then said I just wanted to return it because I was unsure of the purchase and smirking rudely. I told her I wanted a refund because she lied about the quality and I don’t trust to get a replacement from them anymore. Also said $92 (price after tax) was a lot of money for it to break before I even wore it and she laughed and said it wasn’t that much money. I let her know if she wouldn’t help me I would call the actual mall. Once I insisted and called the mall she brought someone to do the return for me. This was such a sketchy experience. Very awful experience; no music, workers made me and my friends feel like THIEVES! Walked around me when checking out a bracelet, when I put it back, the worker asked if I had wanted a basket and I said “no” and she said I had to take one. I told her I put the bracelet back, and she didn’t believe me! My friend put her purse down for a split second to get out cash to pay for something and she took the bracelet from her and told her that she couldn’t put personal items down on the table. Mind you, there are no signs saying any of these things! Followed my friends and I around constantly and kept pressuring us into things. Do NOT go here! No one should feel like they’re doing something wrong or impure, ruined my entire day, mood, and week! VERY Unwelcoming place, made me sick...

I dont recommend buying anything from here. Literally 3 items I purchased for my daughter broke within days - we took one necklace back and it’s been two weeks that they said they needed to fix and we still don’t have it back. I will never purchase anything from here again. Won’t even bother taking the other items back… their return/exchange...
