Claire's — Local services in National City

Had a kind service agent help me with strange questions I’m sure they never got before but the agent tried very much to help both in-person and over phone. Even though I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I will always remember the assistance.

Had another harshly, impatiently, and indignantly say “no” to a request, when every other Claires I’ve been to within a span of just a few days have said “yes” for the same type of question, for the same type of item, for the same type of sale request. This same person seemed angry at me for asking so early. Which I find kinda strange because I did so specifically to avoid any crowds the store would have to handle. Even with a crowd, I could have been asked to hold, which could’ve save the hostilities.
