The lobster claw lock on my necklace seemed broken. It stayed open and I couldn't press the latch to get it closed. So I showed it to the lady in this store who seemed like the owner here. The necklace was a sentimental piece to me and I was ready to pay whatever to have it fixed. The lady took it inside to look at it. After a few moments she came back and it was fixed. She said the lock was not broken but just got stuck in an open position, and she got it unstuck. I asked how much to pay her for the job and she said "Nothing". I was totally taken aback as it was totally beyond my expectation. Regardless how easy the job was, she did spend about 10 minutes of her time to work on it and she could have charged me something for labor, but she didn't. These are such honest people here in this store and you just normally don't expect to find that from the jewelry/watch business. I will definetely give this store my first shot first when shopping for jewelry and watches or for repair works from now on. I would also recommend that to other people as well. Definitely a 5-star...

I went there to fix my watch band after 15 minutes of wait finally they gave me my watch back I tried to pay with my credit card she said that the machine is not accepting my card so I had to go out and find it ATM and withdraw cash and come back and pay in cash later on my Bank contact me asking me if I authorized credit for the amount that I paid in cash for the store of course I said no I did not because I paid already in cash also when they fix the watch band by the time I got home 2 hours later the watchman was broken again and the past that they fixed was broken again so there's service was not good their credit is not good and their parts...

I dropped my watch in February and I’m supposed to pick it up by the end of the month. And with this COVID I totally forgot my rose gold Bulova watch. Then I remembered about it in July and read the receipt that It needs to be picked up in a certain time frame. So I thought that’s it! It’s my fault that I forgot about it.
