The employees at this store are rude - the cashiers, the ones at the dressing room and who unlock the restroom, and even the female older manager of the store is rude. The store is always disorganized, dirty, and the lines are always long. This has never changed. I strongly believe the employees and their family members are the ones writing the "positive reviews" about the store. This store doesn't have good customer service at all. Also, they make it so difficult to even use to restroom when you are at the store.
They have one restroom area and only two working bathrooms inside the restroom area. They decided to leave one bathroom stall for public and one bathroom stall for workers.
However, even if there is no worker waiting to use bathroom and customer bathroom is busy, they wont let you use the empty employee bathroom stall. They make you wait 1hr, 1 45 mins or even more if you let them to simply use the restroom. Keep in mind, there is no real separation between the customer and employee bathrooms - they are basically stalls inside the restroom area. It truly seems stupid not to let customers use the restroom when it's empty and they need to use it.
The employees don't even check if someone is inside the restroom. They just wont let you use the bathroom. To enter the bathroom, there is a security door that needs to be opened. You cannot just go in like any other bathroom. Therefore, you will find yourself waiting a ridiculous amount of time to simply wait for someone to come open door and decide to open door bc they refuse to let people use the restroom for no reason at all. We are talking hours waiting to simply use the restroom.
I needed to use the restroom and the rude employees didn't let me use it. They didn't even check if someone was inside, they just denied me using the restroom and made me wait for no reason. Mind you, there was nobody inside the restroom. They made me wait like an hour to use the restroom. I stopped going there after this.
I explained I have medical conditions and I need to use the restroom. They still wouldn't let me use the bathroom. The employees even though they look 100% hispanic and latino are racist.
I brought up the issues to the manager. She really didn't care at all. When I talked to her about the issue, she looked like she didn't care at all. In several occasions, the employees havent let me use the restroom for no reason at all. As any other customer shopping, I need to use the restroom but employees wont let me use it. They will make me wait for no reason at all. They wont open the locked up door to enter bathroom stalls. This happens when no one is inside restroom and they don't even check.
I told an employee - "It's wrong, you are doing this. I have medical conditions and you have waiting here without any reason at all." She pretended to not make any comments when I decided to record her. Suddenly, she started acting "right" when I started audio recording.
After this, I came back to store a second time - and I experienced retaliation. Employees would falsely flag me for stealing - when I'm not. I just raised the bathroom issue. As any customer shopping, I need to use the bathroom. The employees are rude, racist, and classist.
Well, the supervisor was following me around the store as well. It was 100% unacceptable. I will talk to her next time. That is ridiculous.
The time I bought a big valuable purchase. I aaked for security bc it was late and they had told me robbers have been coming to store. The store security refused to accompany to my car. My car was in front of store - not so far away.
This store doesnt care about her customers at all. The should really address the bathroom issue - many people come to the store. People come because they want to save money.
The employees started harassing me with false stealing accusations. To the point, I would have Ross employees babysitting me like I would steal due to these fake stealing accusations. This is retaliation and harassment...
Read moreI'm probably one of the biggest Ross shoppers with my family as well on a weekly basis as I'm definitely a shopaholic...as anyone that knows me jokes I should own stock in Ross, but there's one thing that bothers me at a few of the locations especially this one. Not only is it a mess, and bathrooms broken etc but the poor cash register people can't even get a bathroom break as I've heard them complain and or help which not only is ridiculous especially when you knot have 3 registers open if your lucky with a line going to the back of the stores every time I'm there or anyone I know which tells me the store can definitely afford to hire more help for these poor employees and the families that are waiting for almost an hour in line or like me give up with over $200 in their cart and just leave the store cause we are over the wait. I wanted to buy a watch today for Father's Day but forget that 30 minute wait for someone just to show me in case and another hour wait just to get thru line. The store itself has a good selection to choose from if you have time to sift through the mess of the unorganized shelves and aisles. I have found several things there myself that I really like, I also spent over an hour there each time. But the real problem at this store, and the reason I won't return, is the staff. They are just straight up rude. I understand there might be a theft problem at Ross or maybe in that neighborhood even, but these people are out of line. EVERY TIME I have gone to this store I have been watched so much it has made me uncomfortable.
