Burlington — Local services in National City

Usually don't have any issues with this store and location but today that changed. I was shopping for a purse and was texting my sister pictures of purses because she wanted one too. I'm looking around at the clothing section and found 2 items I wanted to try on. I go to the fitting area and the employee there gave me such attitude for no reason. Told me to leave the items if I didn't want them or take them with me if I was going to buy them. Unfortunately I wasn't going to take them so I left them in the dressing room and I told her. With attitude she tells me to bring them to her so I do. I told her she told me to leave them there and she was like "no I didn't." I don't mind bringing the clothes to the attendant or hanging them up by the front of the fitting area but don't tell me otherwise and then have major attitude when I have been nothing but polite. I almost didn't purchase the purse because this experience but I really liked the purse so I did buy it. Will I be coming here in the future probably not much less try...

I usually never have a bad experience at this location but Its kind of upsetting that I spent around $300 dollars and my son had to use restroom. I asked the lady working at the fitting room and she said that the restroom was only for employees. I have always used the restroom here. I had to send my son to pee outside. When I went back to look for a sign stating that the restroom was only for the employee I saw another employee opening the door for another customer. I also did not see a sign stating that it was for employee only. I asked the lady why the other employee allowed the other customer to use the restroom and she stated that her manager specifically said not to allow any customers in. It sucks because I love...

The last time my wife and I were at a Burlington store was when they specifically sold leather jackets.

We've driven past this store driving on the 54 West on our way to the National City swap meet, probably since 2016, and always thought we should stop and see what they have there.

Here it is, December 2023 and we've gone to the store three or four times now and have learned for ourselves; this is much better than going to Ross Dress for Less.
