my bf purchased a ring from this location for me, which was left there for about 2-3 days which is understandable due to resizing. After about 3 days we call to see if our ring is ready, we get the yes, so we head over to pick it up. Mind you i understand it was partially our fault for not checking the ring before leaving but its the jewelry stores job is to ensure they are returning the item in the best conditions possible. We didn't check the ring to make sure it was completely good prior so, when we got home we realized there was a stone missing. So there we go again taking the ring back and having to leave the ring for another 4 days. 4 days go by we pick up the ring and originally the ring is white gold, when we open the box the ring was silver with gold patches around it. At this point i'm just upset they fail for the second time to ensure the ring is completely good to return to the customer. They literally had us going back and forth because they failed to do their job.. I don't understand why the ring was polished in gold when the ring is originally white gold... I do not recommend this jewelry store...
Read moreThe workers are rude and the place is sketchy . My necklace snapped and I got it fixed there and when I got it back it was super long ,not my necklace at all . I went back to ask about it to the guy I showed it to when it snapped and he said I can trade it in and buy another one for 100, buy a new one for 375, or get it fixed for 25 (WHEN I ALREADY GOT IT FIXED SUPPOSEDLY FOR 25) . And then I talked to another worker there and showed pictures of my necklace before and after they “fixed it “ . I asked his opinion about the length or if it could’ve been a mix up and he laughed in my face (an out loud HaHA) and completely ignored me and proceeded to do something else .I have to go make sure I got back real gold too now . ( I added a picture of my necklace before I snapped it [shorter one] and a picture of after they “fixed”...
Read moreIba a cortar y grabar 3 anillos que me vendieron ahí mismo fui el miércoles a dejarlos me tomaron medidas me preguntaron que quería que le grabaran y listo, ah los 5 minutos que salgo del local me llaman y me dicen que el mío no se puede grabar por que estaba muy chiquito solo el de mi esposo y que si quería cambiar mi anillo por uno más grande y obvio dije que no que así estaba bien que solo grabaran el de mi esposo (con esos anillos nos acabamos de casar el lunes 06/17 obvio no queríamos cambiar de anillos porque ya tenían valor sentimental), llamo para saber si están listo y me dicen que si que ya lo puedo recoger y nunca me comentaron nada hasta que llegue me dijieron que tuvieron que cambiar la argolla de mi esposo “por uno más grande y sin costo extra”(muy muy raro eso la vrd ) no me dieron ninguna otra explicación solo que porque el de él no se pudo grabar que porque si lo grababan se iba abujerar o romper oh algo así y mi coraje fue que nunca pidieron nuestro consentimiento para hacer tal cosa hicieron lo que quisieron, ME DEVOLVIERON UNA ARGOLLA GRABADA CON LA QUE YO NO ME CASE no pienso volver y espero que no vallan a comprar mi a reparar , 0 cuidan el valor...
