Atmosphere: Looking from the outside, Louisa's Cache shares its establishment with the grand P.A.Smith Hotel, and that same extravagance carries into the building. The coffee bar is immediately to the right of the entrance of the hotel. It is very quaint and with an assortment of bakery items on display.
Service: The server was really helpful in providing recommendations, as well as customer favorites. I saw her even prep some food items and drinks for the previous customer, in which she took the time to take it to the customer. The same service was catered to us as well when it was time to receive our drinks.
Quality: Talking about drinks, we ordered lattes: The Bonnie (Caramel & White Mocha) with an extra shot of espresso and a '76 Special (Birthday Cake Flavor wjth Sprinkles). The 76 Special was sweet enough that I didn't have to add any sugar to the drink and could definitely get the notes of birthday cake.
