Where to even begin… I only gave it one star because you have to in order to leave a review. This facility should be shut down by the state. They obviously make enough money off the residents that live there so there is no excuse as to why this place is filthy and run down, even at least one coat of paint would help with the dreadful appearance and smell.
I’ve been to visit on many occasions and have personally witnessed patients not being cared for appropriately, the women or so called “Nurses” that work there are lazy and to busy on their damn phones when I’ve heard patients call out for help and no one comes. Instead you have to go looking for someone … anyone to go and help them and even then they do it with an attitude.
They leave patients unattended sitting in the cafeteria with no one to EVER ask them if they need anything. Instead when I’ve been there I’ve had patients asked me if I could get them a cup of coffee or glass of tea. And forget pulling that string on the wall in their room for help because it may take 30 to 45 minutes for anyone to show up.
Being understaffed is no excuse to treat these elderly patients like they don’t matter. And the staff that does work there just want to sit on their behinds playing on their phone or sitting there chitchatting or gossiping with other employees.
This is elderly abuse and will be...

I was asked for access to my Amazon account to prove purchases I made. Even Adult Protective Services subpoenaed for bank records and they received them. My mom died and the hospice team called me, NOT them at all. Later that day (Sunday) I called and asked them to pack up her things. The following Tuesday I called to inform of my uncle picking up her things Thursday. The worst thing a person can do is not return/or keep the things that belong to her and she is deceased. Nothing WILL EVER go right when you take from one of Abba Father's loved ones that has passed away. I'm past hurt, but undeniably in shock. Yahweh's eyes are everywhere and this we...
Read moreI cannot say enough good things about this place. My mother was here for 14 months until she passed away. All of the staff was wonderful including administration, nurses, aides, kitchen staff, cleaning ladies, therapy staff. They all treated her with respect, patience and the dignity she deserved. She always told me how good the food was and the best chef salads she ever had. Our Dad was there in 2007 and was treated the same way. When it was time Mom needed extra help it was her choice to go to Navasota Nursing and Rehab. She remembered how great they took care of him.and we knew it was the best...
