Walmart — Local services in Navasota

I love walmart and the prices and even the people that work in their,but what gets to me is the people that Walmart hires to be secret shoppers,it makes me want to stay away and i dont like going to walmart anymore unless i absolutely have to. They harrass you, and will follow you until you want to go off on them. I have never stole from walmart or been arrested for any theft from anywhere, i dont like being treated like im a thief! I've talk to some employees of Walmart and they said they do the same thing to them! I understand walking around and catching people who are shoplifting especially this time of year, but when your following someone on every aisle then thats stalking someone or harassment! Met an extremely rude lady who worked here. I was looking at the card section which is locked up already, and I didn’t realize it was “behind a counter” because it is next to very normal not high ticket items. And maybe her name was Tracy. Short blonde hair, as Karen as they look started hollering at me that I was behind a counter and I needed to ask her if I wanted to see things… obviously they are locked in a counter and I’m at the front of the store. As I say I’m sorry and I’m caught off guard she very rudely “closes off that lane” and makes me walk around to a different side as though I’m a child in trouble. This is not my normal Walmart ad I don’t live in this town but I will be avoided it any time now so I don’t have to...

I love my little Walmart store! Why, you ask? Because the people who work here are helpful and friendly. Yesterday when I was checking out, the cashier scanned one bag of chips twice and left the other unscanned. I caught the mistake after I got home. One bag of chips (the twice scanned item), was more expensive than the other one. Today while I was there, I spoke to customer service about it. The lady was very helpful and friendly. I couldn't figure out how she would solve the problem. She handled it very well and quickly. I left there quite happy...after buying the items that were left off the list from the day before.
