Employees were sooo rude. They were too busy talking to each other, not even looking at you or listening while you were trying to order. At one point I tried asking the short haired blond to add something, but she wasn't even paying attention to me she was looking in the other direction in conversation with the other employees. After asking 3 times she finally heard me cut her conversation off suddenly turned to me gave me a dirty look because I had "interrupted" her conversation and then agitatedly added it to the sandwich. The first girl getting my bread talked right over me to purposely cut me off as I asked a question while she was being short and rude as well. The short haired blond had music playing on her phone in her pocket. None of them faced you or were engaged with you at all. They all ignored you while having their group, loud conversations and listening to inappropriate pocket music. When I cashed out using my card there was a tip option, and a huge container on the counter marked tips. I would think for sure it doesn't get used often. The place needed to be swept, tables needed to to wiped, the lettuce was brown and needed to be replaced. But the 5 employees, with literally no customers were busy standing around eating, and talking listening to pocket music. Anyway last time I will be using...
Read moreThis was horrible! There were three people behind the counter. I asked the "black(haired), long-haired, skinny cashier" if they had unsweet tea. Her answer was, "there should be." While my husband was paying, I discovered that there was no unsweet tea. We brought it to her attention. She said to get something else to drink. We told her that there was nothing else we wanted. We asked for a refund for the tea. The cashier put her head in her hands and said their manager wasn't there. Instead of offering to make tea or even offering an apology, she got upset at us. My husband told her to give him back his twenty and she threw it at him and walked away mad. This is inexcusable! Subway shops seem to be notorious for running out of tea. We have had many times where we told the employees that there was no tea. They would say that they would make it in a minute. No tea would be made. It isn't right that we pay for tea and then not get any. Subway is one of the few places we can go to get halfway healthy food. Surely you can do better. We ended up going to the Anderson Subway. They had tea, but it was at the bottom of the barrel. Employees should be better trained to CHECK THE...
