Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Navasota

My parents went to this location on the 10th, and had a pretty abysmal experience. In her words, "Never again will I ever go to the Sonic in Navasota. On the way to the truck, half of my tater tots flew out of the bag across the sidewalk. Then we had to push the button to ask for our receipt and change. When she came out we had to ask for our drinks (we ordered dinners). We never got our change or our receipt from our waitress. The food wasn't all that good either.

*I talked to the store manager this afternoon and he's going to make things right. Our car hop wasn't suppose to be delivering any orders as she was only 2 hours into her very first shift. We'll try again and see what happens."

However, tonight, one week later, she shared this on Facebook; "Tried giving the Navasota Sonic Drive-In a second shot but it didn't work out. We were denied what we were promised by the manager. Not going back again. EVER!"

Not only were my parents treated like garbage, but they were flat out LIED to about things being made right.

update: we once again decided to try sonic. Got my kid a plain hotdog. See attached photo. I’m shocked that they would even send it out like that. Every single time we go the service is horrible, they are very impatient and always cut off our order and we will have to wait pay for what we got to place the rest of the order doing two transactions. we have explained we weren’t done ordering and been told i realize that but continued to be ignored causing two transactions. some of the employees are beyond rude they act like they don’t hear you or just if or what you are saying and they get frustrated when you have to repeat your order and half the time if you are not using a stall the main speaker is like they are yelling at you and constantly when we are ordering we get asked at least for times is that all and before we can answer they cash out the order unfinished and are rude about it. this literally happens every time we go and if we didn’t like the food we wouldn’t bother going due to the poor...

I'm leaving as I'm writing this. I would give it a zero but there is no option. We live in the area and use to frequent this location often. The past 3 times we have come hoping for new management but suprise!!! Even worse than the last time. What usually takes us 15 minutes at any other sonic... took us over an HOUR to get out of there and it was dead. Our order took over 20 minutes to receive after order. The young girl forgot our drinks and cheese, after repeating our drink order several times back to us . said she would be back with them. ANOTHER 20 minutes rolls by and no one comes. So my husband walked up to the door and her response is "What drinks?!" And you can clearly see them sitting on the counter. Instead of remaking my now COMPLETE soupy milkshake and offering an apology shoved it in my husbands hands and walked away.
