Burger King — Restaurant in Navasota

When I walked in, there were NO other customers. I could see BK employees all talking to each other just in line of sight.

They might have had some kind of issue they were all discussing, but it took a long while to have someone approach me. This employee- a female I think- stayed on her cell phone, never looked up at me.

I told her "I don't see one but do you serve grilled chicken salads?" To which she replied "We don't have salads here"

So I ordered a chicken sandwich and a medium chocolate shake. She had not yet put my sandwich order in the register, she was still on her cell... without looking up she said "yeah, we have shakes but the machine isn't working". I said ok, cancel my sandwich and forget it thank you. I walked out.

In all honesty, she may have been using her cell to report the shake machine being out... I don't like to give bad reviews, but not making eye contact or perhaps apologizing for the inconvenience I feel was inappropriate. The facility WAS clean, and there were no other customers inside. Every time we go there is a problem. I went to pick up a 40$ order that i requested sauces for and they weren’t in the bag but I couldn’t even ask for them because all of the employees including the manager were arguing at the drive thru window right in front of me. One employee was holding my food in his hand with the window. open while all of them argued and the manager finally told the employee to give me my food. I checked my order still at the window and went to ask for sauce but at that point i was embarrassed for them. Like i couldn’t believe they were all arguing in front of me. they were saying no I found it no i did no no no and with the manager. I still can’t believe it at least today all my food was there just sad that the tensions are intense there...

I came here the other day to pick up the kids some food and it was hectic. There was only 3 of us guests inside but it took forever to get our orders. Also the workers were speaking Spanish about a gentleman waiting on his order and they assumed he didn't know Spanish. They were incorrect.
