Walgreens — Local services in Nebraska City

I won’t give one star because some of the employees actually care and they don’t deserve that, but there are some employees that make me anxious to interact with because of how rude they can be. My husband stopped to pick up a COVID test I had put in for today and was told that they had to clear it from the system because they “don’t carry the off-brand” (I was never notified of this, my order was just deleted). He tried to tell her that the app still said that it was available at this location, so that they could maybe fix it so they wouldn’t have the same problem again. She just kept telling him that she “fixed” it and deleted the order. I just checked and it still says it’s in stock at our location. Also; It shows up first on the list for our store The one that is actually in stock is 4th on the list, after items that were not my direct search I only ordered so that the tests would be held until we could pick them up and not sold out, but by just deleting them she didn’t bother to change the order at all to the other test Guys….they’re even the same price. Which makes #3 even more ridiculous.

*also a note, the gentleman that heads the pharmacy refuses to aspirate your shot if you ask him (prevents accidental intravenous injection, which they’re saying may be part of the blood clot issue) and I’ve heard some complaints from others around town about his poor manners and attention to other simple (but important)...

Poor quality service from the pharmacy department. I went for advice on medicine for a congested chest and they told me to "go look over there by the cold medicines. You should be able to find something for you're symptoms" I can't believe Wal-Mart has way berter costumer services than this. I never had a problem with Wal-Mart pharmacist showing me exactly what I need or giving me a couple options. lesson learned just keep going to Wal-Mart...
