9/10 times I go through the driveway my order gets messed up. If it’s just a sauce or bread or meat mess up I’ll usually end up eating it anyways so I don’t have to drive all the way back to get another sandwich but sometimes they're messed up so bad I just can’t eat it no matter how hungry I am and don’t have the time to go back to fix it. Last night I went with my partner and I had him order for me so I wouldn’t have to shout across the car into the speaker, so I heard him order correctly and make the correct adjustments to the sandwich multiple times, but when we got home my sandwich only had peppers and olives for the veggies, which were the only veggies he told them to leave out of the sandwich. Read moreI travel a lot for work. In May of 2024 I was bit my a tick hiking with my family. In December I was diagnosed with Alpha-Gal syndrome.
When someone gets this, it sets off a whirlwind of life change. Everything has mammalian bi-products in it.
So when I walked in today at 3pm after seeking out Wendys, Hardee's, Wal Mart (wanting something different) I came back.
I approached and discussed this with the two ladies behind the counter and they cleaned everything. Got a new knife and understood the assignment.
While they weren't aware of the allergy to the nth degree, they understood allergy and were super accommodating.
Still waiting on Subway to come out with plant based mayo and vegan cheeses for us Agals but in the meantime, thank you for having something we can eat.

Read moreI dont give 5 stars to anything. Takes an awful lot to get a 5 star from me. I can tell you I ordered online because of the deal you get for ordering online. I completed my online order but for the 2nd time I had a problem with it. Not too big a deal. Was probably just me. When I got to the pick up window the worker( wish I got her name) was very helpful and helped get my order the way I wanted it , with the deal I wanted and was very nice about it. I enjoy eating healthy and Subway is the place I go. I've never worried about the quality of their food or their cleanliness. Never had a problem with their service. They have a really great team.
