Verizon — Local services in Neptune Beach

STAY AWAY- CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION!! Customer svs was excellent however something funny is going on at the store. We put a down payment on two Samsung Note 9's and 5 days later was called in to pick them up. Upon arrival we were told we told that we could not pick them up because we had an outstanding balance on our Verizon phone customer service said the store had somehow by passed the system because we should not have been able to order them in the first place. We NEVER physically had the phones but the store still tried to charge us the re-stocking fee! Verizon is going to investigate this store and all its transactions. Verizon is refunding us the down payment despite the store not wanting to. We are now going to Sprint to get the phones and our bill is $90 less with with unlimited hotspot and Hulu!! This store just cost Verizon money and wasted hours...

I called the other location at the beach located on 3rd street and was dismissed basically on the phone when i mentioned I was only interested in purchasing a phone and no other products at this time. Due to Covid 19 no corporate stores where opened. So I called your store and mentioned what I needed. You guys asked how long will it take for me and my daughter to arrive at your location so we may help you get your new phone especially since you work at an Hospital and need to be available.... This was music to my ears and when my daughter and I arrived Derek and Bryan greeted us with smiles and gave TOP NOTCH Customer Service. Thank you so very much! I went in to the store today to get my phone line sorted out as I was needing it transferred from the current account to my families plan. Al was the gentleman who greeted me when I walked in the door. He was friendly, informative, and incredibly helpful. What I was asking about wasn't anything that was going to win him a sale or make him money for the day, but he still went above and beyond to help me out, answer my questions, and provide me with a number to put me in the right direction. He made me laugh plenty and kept me smiling, even with the sticky phone situation I was trying to maneuver through. I would recommend this store and his point of contact any day!!!
