I love the shade of this park and the fact the police station is right there. but seriously can't stand how far apart everything is. You can't take kids of multiple ages to the park without having to risk not having a good view of different age kids at different parks. Also if your child is sensitive to sound avoid this park because the fire trucks leave from the fire station and sound the alarms which often leaves many small children running and screaming at once..it's kinda of frightening. There's bathrooms that always seem to be decent and there's only one place to sit down and eat so if you plan on getting a party going on there or a BBQ you better get there early.
There's lots of space for sports but often games etc are already happening and the skate boarders get run out by kids on scooters and parents let their kids run around in the bowl. It makes you Wanna skip this skate park for sure because of that and again you can't see anything from the skate park like you can from sunshine park...
