After paying I found out I was over my limit and couldn't get what I just paid for. Insead of the employee apologizing and admitting their mistake the employee got rude and acted like the mistake wasn't a big deal because I could just be handed cash back. I very nicely explained that I had already had this happen once before and that I would appreciate it if they looked at the limits before running my card. She got rude explaining how I can go online and see my limits and I should know this beforehand. I've worked customer service before the only thing she should have done was apologize for her mistake. In the end the mistake was less of an issue and what's more of an issue was her customer service and the fact that she decided to double down and act like the customer was in the wrong for daring to say anything about her mistake. A great way to mediate an issue like that is as soon as you realize you've already charged the customer you start by saying oh I'm so sorry I made a mistake I can give you your money back there's a whole host of ways to handle it in a customer friendly way rather...

They had free consultations for those who don't have their medical cards already, which is super helpful because a lot of people still don't know how the Florida medical system works. They also had some legacy growers (Freedom Town Holdings, who are super cool people, btw) and glass vendors, and even a food truck. It was pretty busy with a lot of walk-ins when I came in, which can be stressful in this industry, but the staff seemed to be handling it well and were cheery and helpful to all the patients there. Megan took care of me, and she was super thorough and did a great job of explaining all their products and details about certain strains. (In my experience, not all dispensary staff in Florida are super knowledgeable about genetics, so it's refreshing when someone is)

11/19/2023- I was just there a couple days ago, and a lady named TIFFANY helped me out she was super wonderful and super polite. The information she gave was very informative and she made sure.
