I took my Macbook here to get fixed in June/July of 2024 after it no working for almost a year. There was issues with the display. They fixed it and it worked well but the display cords were not properly hidden and it easily broke. Along with the camera no longer working. I will admit it was my fault for dropping the Macbook. I took it to this place to get it fixed again in October, they told me they were busy and that they will get to it when they can. They did not get to it until November. I took it home and noticed it was running horribly slow. I tried for a week to get it to run properly and ultimately had to bring it back to the store. I told him what was wrong and that It was running too slow for me to use and the camera was not working. I took it back, they gave new screen, I came home and it was the same process. This time I ran an apple diagnoses and turn out it was no longer a screen issue and was an issue with the inside of the computer that they caused. Overall I payed at least $600+ getting this macbook fixed this year to no avail because they could not fix it. Now they took back the most recent screen they put on and I only get 250/350 and that I payed for “labor” that took them a month and they broke my computer in the process. Hurts me to write this cause they are very nice ppl BUT lying does sit well with me, sooo im going to TRY and make this LONG review SHORT! My screen was replaced within about 2 hours, I was so excited he was able to replace it. When I got home the Bluetooth or WIFI was working and making calls were horrible. I didn't have this problem before. LONG STORY SHORT.............. I WENT BACK TO THIS PLACE 7 TIMES and mind you I'm not from that area I live 2 hours away!!! REASON WHY I GAVE 2 STARS INSTEAD OF 1 is because they made it right after about a month, he REPLACED my phone for a USED phone. Have to go back ONE MORE TIME so he can transfer the info. This is a heads up but they are really nice ppl and they WILL make it right just pray it don't take 8 times like it did for me....

Seriously the nicest people ever. They fixed my phone today in 5 minutes after Verizon would not fix it, made me order a replacement phone, and told me to go to Apple. Apple also could not fix it and tried charging me nearly 300 dollars for what the employees at ifix said would cost 130. Apple also refused to fix my phone due to water damage, and the men at ifix had no problem. I was able to recover 20,000 photos from my old phone.
