We went into this store and sat patiently for an hour while the representative there Talia helped another couple. She did not offer to help us while helping that couple which we were fine with & we did not interrupt her. When she finally came over to “help” us, others entered the stores & she kept stopping with us to help them even though they had only been waiting a few minutes. I had to ask her to return to us which she finally KIND of does & then gets immediately rude but tells me in front of my daughter & other customers that I was being rude to her. Really? After we exchange words, the phone I just spent $800 on is handed to me in a box and she refuses to set it up, sell us a screen saver, sell us a case, set the phone up or take our trade in. She slides us our phone in a box and gets up and proceeds to again help others. At this point I am furious. I feel as though she had something against the only brown people in the store sad to say. I am requesting a manager call me back immediately because this treatment is beyond words unacceptable and completely unfair. I would not recommend using this authorized dealer. Read moreI can't say enough great things about the Verizon store in Neptune - especially because of Talia. My mom and I stopped in on a Sunday to explore our options for upgrading our phones, fully expecting a bit of a wait. Despite being the only employee on duty and already assisting other customers, Talia greeted us right away with a warm welcome and let us know she’d be with us shortly - and she kept her word.
Throughout our visit, more customers continued to come in, but Talia skillfully balanced everyone’s needs with grace and professionalism. She was not only friendly and attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to walk us through our phone options and even helped my mom upgrade her Wi-Fi, which had been a constant source of frustration.
We left the store with two great new phones, feeling confident that we got the best deal. To top it off, Talia even shared her contact information in case we had any follow-up questions or needed help in the future.

I was and still am totally confused by a cellphone store only having floor models or maybe I came in on a bad week🤷🏿♀️. Every phone I asked about was not available in the store. I looked at the same model of my iPhone 6 the last 2 galaxy S and the next 2 iPhone models above my six. They had none of them in stock. Though it’s literally 4 minutes from my house I won’t even waste my time ever going into this store Again. That put such a bad taste in my mouth.
