Worst service ever No more than 2 cashier and the self check out was close so many employees and most of them don't do much. When I ask for help from the first employee he was nasty and didn't show interest to help.. also when I ask him if he can help me to get daipers for babies he point on the shelf its was on it. I asked him to help me because I don't have kids so I don't know which one will I need he was saying to me I don't have kids too and he told me to ask the other employee that was fixing item on a shelf I went to this employee and I ask him the same thing if he can tell me where is the daipers for babies he said it's over there and kinda keep putting the items on the shelf without even showing that he cared.. so I went get the daipers after I got kinda bad service.. and I'm heading to the cashier. Only 2 cashier was open 6 customers in each line long lines with full carts for some of them. Everything was slow as well with them and you see so many employees ain't doing something to change that. I ask the other customers was on the line with me if it's only me or they are thinking like me that the line is big and it's to slow.. they said I'm rite so I ask for the manager to see if they can open another cashier apparently the first employee that I stop to ask for manager he said he is the manager I said ok.. don't you think you guys should open another cashier (he was talikg to other employee while I approached him.. he said its midnight and they changing shifts.. and he was also rude he was saying something when he gave me his back and I was saying to him now I know why the service it's so bad because he was rude as well and I really didn't catch what he was saying under his lips when he turned around.
It's the first time in my life I'm giving bad review to any business but I'm so aggravated that i had to write it so maybe but maybe someone will put a stop to this. P.S i was getting to my home I'm telling my girlfriend about it and she is saying the same thing that employees over there very rude and nasty.
Hope someone will do something about it.😔
If I could I wouldn't...

Several months ago, I called from my car as I traveled toward the Neptune store and was put on hold so long that I was actually able to, while keeping my cell phone line open and still on hold.... = complete the 20 minute drive to the store = park the car and walk into the store = walk up to the customer service counter and actually see my call as a blinking white lite on the customer service phone = ask for a store manager to come to where I was standing as I continued to watch the white lite/my call on hold = greet the store manage when he arrived at my location = explain to the store manager the situation.............all while the person behind the customer service desk continued to ignore my call, clearly indifferent if the call just went away = I concluded my explanation to the store manager with these words, "If you look at the customer service phone's white lite.......that is the call from this phone that I am holding in my hand!" At this point, the disdain on the part of the customer service person for my call had achieved an Olympic scale and had become more of a marvel than poor customer service. The store manager was appropriately embarrassed and very graciously gave me a 20.00 gift card.
Recently, I had a very similar experience with this same Walmart. i brought it to the (different) store manager's attention and he, ready for this, argued that there was no obligation on his part to compensate me for his store's poor service. Hey, it is his job to preserve the $11,000.00 per minute revenue stream for each of the Walmart family members.
Tried to call the store minutes ago to see if they carried an item I saw at Walmart online. NObody answered the phone...at all......so maybe this is how they seek to improve their adversarial handling of phone calls --------just don't take any...
