Zilch communication and lack of professionalism. Our first Class was to start at 6pm. Our instructor supposedly got caught in traffic. Donna, the instructor, did not communicate her issues with the students(some came from Louisville and arrived in a timely fashion) or her backup or even Scott who seems to be the organizer. One student called Scott and he was kind enough to let us in at 619pm, but still no Donna or her backup instructor. This class was to be fun and it was not. Iāve had zero communication from Clay Collective about receiving the pottery. Originally they said it would be 2-3 weeks to receive the items. A couple of friends reached out and they said it would take 3-4 weeks. No communication since.
I didnāt make a masterpiece but some of the items my friends made were cute and they wanted them. Itās 2 stars because we had a good time at the class but itās the lack of communication that has left a bad taste...

Jake was an excellent instructor. I had taken an intro class elsewhere and still hadn't figured out how to complete a piece without it falling apart.
