Placed an order for Pokemon cards on 8/1/21. It is now 8/16/21 and the order is still "processing". I have tried to contact the seller through their website, have sent emails, and have called (never an answer) and left voicemails with my name, phone, and order number and no return call or reply emails of any kind even automated. I just want to know what is going on with the order so I can order elsewhere if they do not or can not fill it. It was a pleasant experience up until the lack of communication.
Edit: It is now 8/25/2021, almost a full month after I ordered, sometime over the last 2-3 business days the order was canceled. No emails, still not a single piece of communication, I just logged in to check again as I've been doing and it is now labeled as canceled instead of processing. I will try to give the benefit of the doubt that it wasn't canceled because of this poor review, though it didn't happen until after this was posted. I really want to like this local business, I can't stress the only negative experience I've had is with their lack of communication of any kind, but that really is a big deal breaker. Read moreI was looking for a specific 47 Rockies trucker hat that’s no longer in production. When I searched the product number on Google this was the only store that popped up that had one left.
Initially I thought it was too good to be true, simply because you don’t see that many stores left like this one in a day and age where Fanatics has monopolized and ruined sports apparel. Once I did some research and found the website I immediately knew this was one of those rare gems that’s still standing. I grew up hanging out at stores like this one so I was more than happy to give them my business. I’d much rather spend my hard earned money here at a shop like this versus a big time company.
When I ordered I made a mistake and entered .con instead of .com for my email address. Due to that error I didn’t receive an order confirmation nor would I have received tracking once it shipped. I reached out to DGG well after hours and Rob was kind enough to respond within 15 minutes. He corrected my mistake and sent me a new order confirmation.
My order shipped out today and I’m excited to receive it.

My husband is not a green fan and wanted the hat to be exchanged. We reached out to the company via text and after many messages on a holiday weekend, one of the staff numbers was able to help me locate a vintage version of the hat that did not have a green bill. They helped me figure out the exchange with instructions sent via text message. I did the exchange as directed, and the new hat came very quickly! It was perfect, and my husband finally threw away. The old one that was falling apart and has been wearing this one! This company was very helpful and dedicated despite its being a holiday weekend and it made the process less intimidating...
