Burger King — Restaurant in New Baltimore

Alright so let me preface this by saying that John who was working the window on 9/8 at around 10pm was professional, kind, and way more effective at his job than any other drive through in like a 5 mile radius. He asked all the questions that I forgot to ask and answered the ones I did have very effectively. I'd be willing to pay a markup on my food just to get service like that at literally any place I go to. (If he asks for a raise, give it to him. For the love of God PLEASE keep the ones that are least act like they care. Things are ridiculous right now)

As for the food, its almost always amazing from this location. I don't think I've ever been missing an item, toppings or straws/napkins and I've been coming here for a while.

Fresh Jalapeno Cheddar Bites are 100% worth...

This review is for the New Baltimore , MI Burger King. They botched the whole order. Was met with a hostile manager when I asked how to fix it. I won’t be back and I’ll let the rest of New Baltimore know to avoid you as well. The manager working 7/28 5:30p.m. needs a course in customer relations.

No cheese when I asked and paid for cheese on the burgers. Asked for cheese sticks and received fries, was told they don’t do that AFTER I paid for everything. Then was informed I could give the food back and get a refund if I wasn’t happy. If I would have known the fries were cold and soggy I would have taken her up on the refund. Had to go back for the chocolate milk that they forgot.

Miserable experience for...

I hadn’t eaten all day.. I rolled into Burger King at 11:57 PM, not knowing they closed at midnight. Instead of eye-rolls or a limited “we’re out of half the menu” speech, Sammie treated me like it was noon on a Saturday. She smiled, told me I could order anything on the menu, and made it fresh like it was the very first order of the day.

That kind of kindness and patience at the very end of a long shift deserves recognition. Sammie didn’t just serve food: she served humanity at its flame-grilled finest. Corporate, take notes: if you’re looking for the definition of customer service, it’s Sammie at 11:57.
