I was doing bad on my pregnancy and keep complaining about it and all I was told is that it was normal, even though I told them my past history of my previous pregnancy they keep saying is normal... I went to the hospital and pretty much forced them to run other tests and they send me home saying that they will send the results to HD and they will call me if anything ... Few days passed and no body was calling me... Until I couldn't hold it any more and I was really desperate because at this moment I was struggling already for about 2 months but my situation was getting worse... Only then is when they told me they had the results and that is only because I told them about it other than that they wouldn't have told me anything 😒... Turns out to be my bile acids where pretty high and they sent me right away to the hospital I was induced... So pregnancy care here is terrible and I have heard about other...

This place is aweful. In jan 2013 i went in for a check up and pregnancy test. They told me i wasnt pregnant and to come back in two weeks to have another pregnancy test but they gave me the depo shot i asked if it would affect the baby if i was indeed pregnant and they told me no. Two weeks later they tell me im pregnant and when i go for my next check up there is no heart beat then i went for my ultra sound and it turns out the baby had died at 7 1/2 weeks which what i was exactly when they told me i wasnt pregnant and gave me a birth control shot. They killed my baby and then when they tell me i had a miscarriage they told me not to blame myself that these things happen that its noones fault. I had to have a d&e done because the pills they gave me to try to make the baby come out on its own didnt work. These people put me through hell. Please if you care about your health stay away...

When I went to the Department of Social Services on Saturday afternoon for the storm reimbursement, every single person there was so kind. I know it's not fun to work the sixth day in a row. They were smiling, pleasant, and couldn't have been nicer! I made a point to thank them and let their boss know they were appreciated! I later went back for another matter. I say and waited my turn and saw several other interactions staff had with the public. ALL staff, were polite, helpful and I couldn't imagine how anyone could have a valid complaint. When I was called, the lady was very kind, efficient and explained everything I needed to know. Having worked with the public my entire life, I know both sides of the coin.
