Good food at BK , I like the chicken sandwiches better ! If you tell them how your food needed to be cook , that Where you need to tell them how you wanted cook ! I have and my wife have tell them to cook it fresh off the grill and French fries hot off the fryer ! You can count on that if you tell the employee who is taken your order ! Be sure you tell them while ordering your meal , hot off the grill and fryer ! That the only way if you treat them right , your order will go right on in for you ! Now we have some bad service from the employee doing the wrong way and not follow what the order was giving for them to read and do it the right way ! I have watch them myself ! When thing don't go the right way , action needed to be taken right than ! Find the phone or e-mail to the real owner of burger king ! I forgive them and I will continue to love them ! That the only way to get them to do there job right , I don't care how many year they have work for them , It the attitude some of them are ! If I was a manager , I see or hear the things I don't like about them use in the work place ! I would have take action on the employee and have them train the right way ! To keep the business going , it's the goal to train them right way and not there way ! That is the different about keeping the business going for the owner of Burger King Resturant ! Read moreThis place is wild. They took my order completely wrong. She tried to charge me for something else entirely. She had given me a price of $25 at the speaker and jacked it up almost $4 when I got to the window. I asked her about it and she said she charged me for something else but she changed it and that's why it was more. She then gave me my order and it was missing a small drink. When I told her things that were missing she told me she didn't ring me up for that. But that's what I ordered. She asked me for a receipt and I told her she never gave me one. Meanwhile I don't have time for this... I am late, they don't care, they are not going to make this right. So I ask to talk to manager- she look like may have been on drugs or something.. she looked so zonked and out of it. Barely knew what was going on. She told me "she made a mistake" and I said "she made two, but yes, now i feel I should get my drink now so I can be on my way" so she told the lady "just make the drink" like thank you!! Then I get the drink back and she slammed window. Both women were extremely rude. People should have to have some level of education before working in food, period.. because this the result. I told the cashier I'll be placing the order, but want the hash brown cooked fresh. Melissa replied " oh gawd" like W.T.H. 🤷🏾♀️ I thought it was Burger King " Have it your way" so I told her nevermind, get a manager in order to figure out how to get my money back. Melissa replied " what ever bro" & left the counter area. The manager Crystal came up & had initially got me to place my order, with the understanding Melissa would not be involved. Crystal told me they didn't have any biscuits 😮💨 so I ended up with nothing since I don't like croissants.
