Chinese Express — Restaurant in New Bern

Super disappointed to leave this review they're usually my favorite place but recently I ordered had my box came broken in the bag. I called them immediately to let them know even sent them six pictures to show just how badly it spilled all over the bag asking for a refund as I could not return to get it replaced. instead they argued with me telling me it was my fault the way that I carried it or held it that I must have broken and damaged all of it, and refused the refund. However only one box in my order was broken not all of it. It was obviously just defect in the box not anybody's fault but it's frustrating to get argued with instead of just getting good...

Let me just say I have eaten Chinese food from AZ all the way across America and my favorite is Chinese Express in New Bern. They make the best pork fried rice, chicken drummies, general tso's, orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken and house lo mein I have ever eaten. Always on point and the repetition is always A ok.

This is why I love Chinese Express. They are always on point with my order. This order was pork fried rice, my favorite and some Crab Rangoon, my daughter's favorite. Prices may be a little high but the portions...

inconsistent! it is almost impossible to find good chinese food in New Bern but I thought I was on to something with Chinese Express, I even wrote notes on the menu. Just ordered again, the nastiest crunchy noodles, straight from LaChoy supermarket, no rice with the chow mein and when we called they said it doesn't come with it, really???? It came last time!
