Naturally the food is always good here thank you for that and 99% of the time the attitudes from employees or top notch very good. However today on Sunday October 27th at 9:07 a.m. I have come through to drive in window and I got a attitude from the young lady running the window. I did not get her name but the manager's name that I talked to on the phone was jamie. She is also attitude maybe attitude is the wrong word but when I voice my problems you her which was when I paid the young lady I said thank you she said sure that's it no thank you the only thing she said was sure and she said that with an attitude sitting here eating my food thinking about that experience I now remember where I have seen her before. I have seen her at the drive-in running that window at Burger King just down the road on neuse boulevard apparently she probably got fired for her attitude there I don't think she should get fired believe it or not she needs to be retrained in my opinion also the manager should be retrained because her response to me was well sir I'm sorry you feel that way she said that twice in a row wrong response a much better response in my opinion as being a customer hence the word customer should have been Walther I deeply apologize for her and her attitude I will remove her from the window and at some point we will give her new training to train her on the proper way to treat customers so if you could do some retraining on certain individuals I would advise that in today's world it's hard to keep a business up and running and it's hard to fin it's...
Read moreI'm not really a fan of chicken of ANY kind any longer. Probably because I as was growing up and for half of the years that I was raising my own family chicken was an inexpensive meal, so we ate A LOT of chicken. Now, I'm basically chickened out; however, my family are fans of Bojangles', so I eat it when they want it to make things easy. I don have to say that their food IS good. I wish the sides were larger. They aren't large enough for a true family size meal, so we usually have to order additional sides, even if we're ordering one of their "tailgate", "family", or "picnic" style packages. So, that's a drawback expense wise, for our family of five. Also, it IS a little pricey when you've a large, or larger than the typical family size, family to feed. We were six when our children were growing up. They're all grown now and two are out of the nest, but we've since moved in with my mother to help her out as she is aging, so we're still a family of five. Feeding a family of five adults - our children still in the home are 17 and almost 19 - it gets expensive. We can expect to pay near $50, IF we'd lie to have any leftovers for lunch, or the next evening. All in all its a good, family style place to eat, if you aren't chickened out; however, it CAN get pricey if you've a larger family size (more than the "standard" 2.5 kids), but if you're in the "typical", or "average" family size range its a great...
Read moreWe went through the drive thru this morning and the ordering experience was literally the worst I have ever had at any establishment and I’m saying that as a previous Yankee. Even if you cannot hear an order there’s no excuse to belittle the customer. We tried to order the Pepsi zero and called it Pepsi max, which is apparently a crime. The woman who was taking our order was not kind in stating the types of Pepsi they had after saying “Pepsi and ranch?” 3 times to us when we tried to fix ourselves. Then, on the second meal she couldn’t hear the sides so my husband just tried to repeat the entire order for her and she interrupted and said “sir I didn’t ask you for the whole order I just asked for the sides” in the RUDEST tone. He even told her he was sorry she was having a bad day but she didn’t have to act like that. She ignored his statement and repeated the order. We got to the window and asked who was taking the orders to the young man and he looked mortified. He pointed to the woman who is also apparently the MANAGER! We asked to speak with her and she ignored us and all she said without looking was “have a nice day sir.” What a coward. The poor kid at the window gave us her first name since she wouldn’t and we left trying not to make his day worse. Jamie, we hope you have a better day and thanks for the ranch we didn’t...
