Elite Barber Studio, LlC — Local services in New Bern

It was my first time at Elite, and I have to say it was worth taking a chance, since I had bad experiences with other barbers/stylists. From booking the appointment, which made things super easy, to actually showing up and getting the haircut, they make it super easy and Rocko made it happen.

I also appreciated how friendly everyone was, how clean the shop was, and the fact that he took his time. There was no rushing at all. Checked to make sure I was happy with the work and made any adjustments as needed.

I'd highly recommend going to see Rocko (although I'm sure the others do an awesome job as well) and you'll be quite happy with the work that's done. Stylist canceled on my grandmother after not being prepared to service her. She booked an appointment a month in advance, yet due to another client’s tardiness, the stylist pushed her appointment back. She comes back only to be told the stylist didn’t have the hair color needed for her appointment. After telling her to come back the following day, my grandmother asked to receive a discount due to inconvenience yet understood if she wouldn’t receive one. I have to tell you guys about my experience at elite while Laura took care of me and my boy... we needed a haircut and Laura accommodate us to her schedule for 8am and she was actually there to attend us!!! It was super early however the service was professional and detailed. I wish most barbers I've dealt with really kept their word as Laura did... elite barber studio was really busy this early so you know they mean business, I suggest you use booksy to schedule a visit.
